I live in San Quintin, Pangasinan. I live in a 2-bedroom one bath house. I have an indoor kitchen and a dirty kitchen. I also have a dining room and a living room. I have a large, covered porch and another 4 meters by 8 meters covered living area outside. I have pressurized running water as well. The lot size is just over 1000 Sq Meters. All this for 5000 pesos per month.
I'm not sure I could deal with the worms in the water, washing the dishes and taking a shower, I can see worms getting in my hair while washing my hair
Very nice, you have made a lot of upgrades. I'm interested in anything that's solar. I'm paying 7k where I live for an upstairs 2nd floor place. No Aircon yet but working on buying one. It's very quiet where I live, and three blocks from the beach in Marinduque. The only down side is the power outages here and there's no fast food chains or SM.
I'm thinking about one of those for myself soon. Full time retirement is a couple years yet, but having my own space there ready for vacation trips and later full time. At those prices I could setup a place to be ready.
Looks really good, amazing what you can do with limited space and for $80USD a month a bargain, also a very good example of spending your own money to fix it up to how you want it, I know Dasma area but not where you are and its quite a nice place to reside overall, good stuff, the finished product will be really good to see.
Steve rent that one on the other side of the wall there the other apartment not 2/3 of the wall out make it a living area living room TV can I give you more room it'll look great give you more room and for very little rent.. I put some wood paneling or a split bamboo on some of the walls makes it look bigger and you won't have to worry about looking at the walls when they start the fade or get mildew?? That's a female's input..
I like those lights. They look sturdy. From the Rd!? Dag. Only thing else I would recommend is now after 6yrs in Cebu. Headphones (noise cancelling, attention seeking, grown child whatever noise canceleing) Nice little spot.👋🏼👊🏼
Great deal for the price for me but the clutter would have me pulling my hair out... But those are your collectables so important to you, , but massive dust and ditrt collectors. Thanks for showing as it could easily be $125.75 a month.
I suggest building a tiny house.. can do it for 300-750k php and then no rent. Rent and electric bill is crazy for me right now.. need to get my house done.
I could live ther very easily and enjoy myself there. Nice place. Good price as well. My wife would not go for it though no place for her family, my reason for wanting small you can have privacy from the family, plus it would keep me getting to many posessions that I do not need.
In Makati rents can be had for $2000 a month although its western style apartments and you're close to everything. No need for roosters, insects etc. Some even have a pool and patio.
I guess if you have lived on a submarine this would seem large. I can’t imagine living with several people in that small a space. Where can you hide if you want peace and quiet for a few hours? No wonder I’m still single, lol.
@@MrSteven5975 I'm certain his comment and definitely my comment after his was rooted in humor. A $160 deposit(2 months) isn't a big deal to lose even if it's not true.
Im glad it works for you but I'm afraid it's a little too cozy for me.
Your harmonica collection is as big as my gun collection!
Almost as big my gun collection too lol. I’m using 5 safes but biggest is just ammo stuffed in it

Steven, I believe that is more stuff than I would want to have in my place. It looks great the way that you have it set up.
I want if comfortable and to show my personality too

It’s probably very common here
It’s getting resolved

Nice collections you have there Steve, and a cozy home too.
Impecable decorating, and it's not cluttered at all !!
I like it! Love the personal touches. Very cozy space with a lot of character. Can’t beat that price.
Perfect set up!
VERY Nice Steve! Thanks for doing this video 😊
No problem 👍
Nice little hooch 👍
Looks good, enjoy your place.!!
Ah now I see, thats why your rent is only $80 US, because its a smaller apartment. Good deal. Thanks for showing us around, Steve...Jim
Let’s hear you play the harmonica cool place small but functional and cheap
Worms in the water wow I never heard of that, are they ring worms? That's scary 😮

Steve, those may not be worms. They may be mosquito larvae if your water tank top is open or has a crack, or if your local water source is open.
Definitely worms
Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it
Really nice place!
Looking good my friend, I'm flying out Monday the 24th
Cool 👍
Wow beautiful home

Wow what a cool place! Looking good there. Its a nice look inside. Keep fixing and changing things around. Thanks for the tour 👍
Thanks for watching!
I never heard of worms in the water! Please contact the company supplying your water right away! That is a serious health concern.

Too much stuff and clutter in a very small space. Yikes !
Nice apartment Steve…it is great you are making it your space…but watch out for to much wall clutter….a little blank wall space is ok also….😀😀
We left the other walls more empty

Very little dust with air cleaners
It’s not cluttered because everything is put in its spot.
Yeah there's way too much going on in that little space. It would drive me nuts, all those little knick knacks patiently waiting to be dusted

Hopefully you mean $200 not $2000
That’s a sweet little spot you got for the money.
Nice place
When does the wet bar get installed? 🙂
Very organized. Everything is in order. Everything has a place that is their space. Enjoyed the tour of your home and your world.
Nice
Building your own perfect mancave. Love it. Haters of course, will comment, "It's too small." No it isn't if you are happy with it. 😊
Exactly
I like the LEDs outside
Nice touch
Great work
Thanks! 👍
Let’s hear you play the harmonica
I might some night
Nice. Small is better. Less to clean. Have a great day.
Tiny houses in the US seem to be popular.
From what I've seen that's about as much space as you'll get in a 1 bedroom condo here but you're paying around $450 to $550 less on rent 👍🏾 ✌🏾
Worms in the water ...I would be moving..😮😮
It’s being fixed
Nice digs ....what do you do for mosquitos..
Nothing
I am ex Navy. In my opinion, that's a lot of space for one person. When you live small, can save a lot of money.
I lived on Subs
Thanks Steve. Your place looks cosy. Another good thing about small homes: you don't have to go far to get a kiss from your misses! 😊👍🏻
Very true!
$80/ mth? A steal of a deal!
You're making it home sweet home!
Looking good 👍
For the price, you can't beat it!
I sent you an email
Your little hanky panky palace ))))
A little small for me but you do you.
Thats like my CR
Lets get a little bigger
Choices…..
Looking nice
And that apartment costs 80 per month?
Yes
Any snakes recently?
None

When this dude moves, can't image all the damage from sticky tape and drilled holes. Kiss your deposit goodbye! All $160
$160 😂😂
The tape comes off easy and it’s Velcro tape. No Damage

Are you sure a female actually lives in that apartment. Even my wife is like no way.
I was thinking the same thing. Its a true mancave. Most Filipina's would take over and start decorating and adding ideas of their own.. hahaha
Way too much unnecessary crap
I love it. If you don’t like it why do you gotta be negative ?
Thats a shoe box
It’s actually big considering I’m a former Submariner.
