In this specific audio is a variety of affirmations to raise your self - confidence, health, wealth, abundance, happiness and love.
Instructions: Listen a minimum of 10 minutes a day for 30 days. Although, if you are able to listen more, than go for it. Dedicate yourself to listen for 1 full year if you are that serious about making positive change.

Well I ended up moving and things are a lot better. Thank God/the Universe and all your prayers and support. Truly I am seeing that ALL things happen for a reason, for if it wasnt a complete nitemare before, I would have never been givin this opportunity or the courage to get out of that situation. And everything just worked out. Its sooo nice not having crazy, inconsiderate neighbors and to actually listen to these wonderful gems of healing and and mind reprogramming without disturbance. Everything is sooo much better, even though it was one problem after the next here in the beginning, and I was filled with so much fear and angst . I am learning how to not let my outward circumstances destroy my inner peace. Amen! Its been years in the making.
