yeah, imo the Armor Overhaul was what actually made the player count go down as it did, vehicles just became undestructable, and specially AT mines became useless (I mean, it can bearly pop the tires of a freaking jeep, like wtf????)
We’re getting the yogurt dudes, hopefully we’ll see the vodka boys and those island dwellers join the ranks. There’s so much amazing things they can add to this game. If squad can get as much content as it has now, who’s to say PS won’t get just as much one day :)
I hope they can one day introduce the Italian faction as the former devs annouced in the 2021 roadmap.
Its great full servers now. I hope this game will grow more. I have 1800h on this game. A few month ago i sold my high end PC. Next week i will buy a new PC, not high end, that i can play again yeah. :D Miss this game a lot.

damn man, I've been playing every day I could specially this year, and just last week I had to swap my work shift to daytime and I was really mad 'cause servers only get populated about 4pm US east time, the same time I'm at work. I hope I can play it again when I'm back home.
I also called this shot, about PS beeing accuired by another company, I just hope they don't do the same to it as they did to Squad, with the infantry bug/gpu-toaster overhaul cr*p. But what I had in mind was to PS and BTW become like two Squads DLCs, where we could play it through there
Yea for last 2 yrs I also have problems playing it (morning shift) with no streams. Hopefully server will be full now throughout the day.
I had bought the game just before it "died" so i was sad because its really the only game like it that im aware of and was afraid i had just wasted 50 dollars. Good to know its not dead and i might just get my moneys worth

@micahmurphy4546 A week ago you there was 1-3 full servers in the day but for six hours or something no one was on the server. Now its in Europe 0:00 o'clock and now are six servers full and you can play 24/7.

seeing as squad isn't really enjoyable anymore with recent updates, they will probably fuck this one up to, very disappointing
Miha i have a similar pc to yours but with 32gb and ryzen 5 5500, the game kinda lacks in performance when there's lots of fighting, it goes under 60 fps on high settings, do you also have this issue? If not i might get a 5600x or a 5700x
I think I have my overall settings on low and then I pushed sliders up to medium and high.
@@Miha8G i tried to do that but my i think cpu bottlenecks and the fps is the same.
