    I can't believe this is Asaba. It has grown and prospered within a short time of its creation. Absolutely beautiful and amazing. Thanks a lot for driving us through.

    This video was well done! I really enjoyed watching it from the beginning to the end. Williams Obazee allowed his viewers to make their own judgment without talking over the whole thing! Another thing I really like about his productions is that he is always ready to answer any question that you may have. Also, he does his productions with his viewers in mind. I will always recommend this CZcams channel to anyone! Keep up the good work 👏 👍

    Bro nice work this is a very nice video asaba is really cool but there is a problem we all have to start taking into account that is the roads alot of roads in all those reach neighborhood are supposed to be done by the individuals in that area it's not supposed to waiting for government not only in asaba it's almost in every parts of Nigeria we are sometimes forget our own part in achieving a nice neighborhood

    • @Williams_Obazee
      @Williams_Obazee  Před 3 lety

      Yeah, I quite agree with you bro the rich have not done their part, some don't even pay taxes. Thanks pls subscribe.

    • @Williams_Obazee
      @Williams_Obazee  Před 3 lety

      Most so-called rich citizens don't even pay their taxes and some don't file the right tax, on the other hand, the government are also guilty of not using the ones they got judiciously.

    But why we Nigerians are not learning from mistakes. All these tiny roads/streets will not help our city at all. The same mistake you will see in Rivers State. Zero town planning.
    Good video, bro. I was only talking about the street though

      @waskyhenry3132 Před 2 lety +1

      Nnamdi,
      Your criticism is 🏗️🚧 constructive. The same flaw pervades the entire region, including Anambra State. These places have very beautiful and imposing structures, but no drainage system or motorable 🛣️ roads. Most unfortunate.

    I really enjoyed watching this video been having issues with my hubby because he suggests we should relocate to asaba from Lagos next year🙄I really hope it's a nice place....

    • @Williams_Obazee
      @Williams_Obazee  Před 2 lety +1

      Thanks, It's a nice place to live and secure for raising kids and good schools for kids as well, we moved from Benin city more than 5 yrs ago and we love ❤️ it here. But compare to Lagos which I also lived, things are a little pricey, but I believe you will always find a better deal. Shopping in bulk will be a choice I will recommend. There are clusters of farmers markets (village markets) where you can get foodstuff cheap and also onitsha market to go to once a while to get other items lastly, accommodation depends on where you live in Lagos, Asaba is expensive on accommodation but it also depends where you find the accommodation here too, there something for everyone. Good luck with your final decision. Subscribe and watch other of my videos on Asaba.

    What kind of planing is this ? no school.no police stations. No business center . Recration centers the only thing you see is housing resident area only. The roads are also very narrow.

    • @Williams_Obazee
      @Williams_Obazee  Před 2 lety

      Yay, they can do better, but in their defence, they have a plan for these things you mentioned but new government, local authorities comes with changes or their own. The ability to follow up with plans has been our problem.
      Lastly, all that you mentioned are on ground but largely owned by private individuals

    • @Williams_Obazee
      @Williams_Obazee  Před 3 lety

      Of course, yes you just have to do your homework, there are genuine sellers and lands behind macdon. Some landowners want to resell their plots or building. Thanks but don't forget to subscribe.

    Those ugly open drains are prevalent in Nigeria.
