Doctors who do not consider the mental aspect in treatment are missing +80% of the cause and the cure. I had more than 1 year of back and hip pain. I went from an super active athlete to somebody who could not lift a 1lb from the ground or sit without pain.
What saved my life was Sarno and his work, in addition to the work of Schubiner and mind body connection as a whole. Dan Buglio was a huge help in the way
Now I am 100%. Last week I squated 4x12 with 100lb, no pain at all. I am back to running and lifting weights.
Medicine has to stop to ignore the mental aspect and trying to find only the physical causes. They are the exception,, not the rule

Hi Flavio, thank you for sharing your experience. I wish you could talk to many of my patients. I try to explain this to them, but they just want a biological explanation for their chronic pain.

Doctor thanks for the video. I had a nasty muscle spasm flare up that is producing cervical radiculopathy symptoms. Today is the last day of week 3 since the onset of pain. I've discovered your videos in week 1 of intense pain. I started to meditate, improve sleep efficiency, and continue with physical therapy, while taking the prescribed pills and supplements. I stuck to this for 2 weeks and I started getting exponentially better 3 days ago. I hope by tomorrow I will be able to get back to normalcy.
Thank you so much doctor for bringing these educational ideas and am very excited to see more research in pain management. We prescribe way too many pills these days.
Oh, and does this method / technique work on other conditions? I think so. I think the title makes the potential viewer (someone who hasn't clicked the video yet) think this is a video exclusively for persons with lower back pain, which isn't the case!
Thank you Doctor and have a great day!
