It sounds GREAT for A 15 year old 157,474 mile BMW! I know the 4.4 v8 is an outstanding engine but, I’m impressed.
I have a 2009 Acura MDX Sport and I’ve raced many many many x5s. Must not have been one as healthy as yours my friend. Think you might beat me... nice Ride Man!
My aunt has a 2006 BMW X5 but it is a 3.0i but the thing is damn fast, we had to pass a slow truck today so my aunt put her foot down to pass it and we were from 50-100 km/h within seconds.
And thats why i love the 4.4 x5
Third gear start is still faster than my Prius
Ultra quick for this type of car. This was an absolute best back in the day.Great vid BTW
I raced of these x5 bmw 4.4l the other day with my e46 323i manual exhuast with extractors and resonater delete and also 3.46 diff ratio. I kept up with v8 he couldn't past me from 40km to 120km/h neck to neck. I'm impressed with the work my mechanic has done to my car. From 8.2sec 0-100km my car does wroghly 6.5-7sec 0-100km.
If i had a proper launch 100% would've won
+legioner9 i get about 8l/100km combined city and hi way driving city about 11l/100km and hiway 6-7l/100km.
+legioner9 i just remapped my bmw on Monday i've gain about 15kw and about 25nm. feels so much smoother and throttle response is alot sharper less effort putting ur foot down lol. i think beter fuel economy to.
you are not hauling a 6,000 pound tank though.
very good video
Найти бы в таком состоянии, и ты лучший. Зачётная тачка)
It's a beast !
I own one :)
SUPER
moves damn good for a fairly heavy suv, nice man, how is the reliability on these?
The owner was very pleased about how it drives and feels. He says that it was a nice car, but a bit whimsical.
He says that every 2 weeks happened some minor damage. Such as: passenger door lock, lagging electrolifts, mass airflow sensor and so on. And when his X5 started to eat an oil, he decided to sell it.
Now he owns ML350 2007. His words - ML is a little slower, but much more practical and drives even better (he is a fan of BMW)
@@SaqAuto no surprise
My parents has one of these, ours is somehow still good after 20 years
Truth is, n62 4.4 is faster then 4.6is. Look at any other videos. Wish there was a race online...
You're destroying the transmission in manual when you start im 2nd or 3rd gear
Jason De La O NO! There’s no “clutch slipping” it’s fine.
this engine is the same engine that was in the 03-05 Range Rover however this fucking X5 moves compared to that range rover, and the RPM Limit is 6,500rpm on the X5 where as it’s 6,000 in the range
5.5 seconds? not bad.
es ra kai rojebi xart, yochag tkven, ikneb bmw E39 528i 2vanosiani datestot zalian gamaxarebt?
The guy is destroing the trainy by doning 2&3 from a stand still
Starting in 2nd or 3rd isnt bad for a torque converter automatic in fact many automatic transmissions start off in 2nd gear by default
What is this beauty's fuel consumption? In heavy city traffic? Thanks for answers from now.
10-25
How about 6000 rpm in neutral then slap it into gear?
I have just bought a used computer for a BMW x5 4.4i how do I install it
Hey. What is the top speed?
i have a 01 bmw x5 4.4i,i want to either put a turbo/supercharger on it whats better fit on her(bmw)
Omari Feacher I thought it came with super charger in it🤔🤔
Hi what is the fuel consuption at 150km/h on the highway with turn on tempomat?
Merlay Yalrem around 14/100
Best time 402m?
Any know what is fuel consumption per 100km/h on x5 4.4 320 bhp in city and motorway ??? thanks
u can use this website to get information www.auto-data.net/en/
hey i just watched this and wanted to let you know that your bmw has 157k kms not miles! becuase it is converted to kms
Junkyard. Land Rover ftw.
I wish i can agree with you ;) Driven them also, but our taste is different. LR and RR also look twice better. Like presidents cars..
There’s more Range Rovers then there is BMWs in the junkyard, those Range Rover don’t live past 100k miles lol.
That’s your opinion, but that doesn’t make bmw a junkyard where did you get that nonsense from
0-60 mph 4 sec it's good not bad
is the older 4.4i the same
No, the 4.4I 2004-06 has a N62 315HP motor. The 2000-03 version has a M62 292HP.
Does that mean that it's slower
@@anthonyk
Yes the 2000-2003 4.4i is slower significantly compared to the 2004-2006 X5 4.4i, it’s a different engine and power, it still weighs the same however. I believe the transmission is different as well, 5 speed was the original trans and the LCI 04-06 was a 6 speed ZF (more reliable and more responsive)
its 286 hp and 0/100km/h is 8.1 sec flat with cronometer.....
286 hp versions were back in 1997-1999. 2000-2003 has the m65TU44 engine with 290 HP. 2004-2006 has the N62 engine, which also was in the 2003 4.6is. 320 horses. It has Valvetronic technology, it's quiet, powerful and fuel efficient. I own one of these and I get to 100 km/h in 6.5 secs.
8 sec
7 sec
Ismayil Piriyev 11-19 look 100 kmh
