Love the walking your nemesis out of the cave story. It’s what you’re relegated to the shadows. So cool! Also, I’ve learned in the past decade that I’m here to do ancestral healing…a legacy of fear and pain. To clean the slate in a way that goes DNA deep. I know that human beings are hardwired for transcendence. It’s our mission, if we choose to accept it. It’s a privilege to clean the slate. The guides are showing that humanity is trapped in the ego structure. The ego cannot understand the message, but who YOU are ressonates with it. It is a process of removing the ego, not becoming something else. The consciousness level of the upper room is free of ego and fear.

As a new comer to, and admirer of Pauls work, I sense he has to repeat the words and have the captions to enhance the energy and tone of the words. All the words he chanells, are repeated for the tone to resonate in our Being and raise us to the Upper Room. As depicted in the words, "I am the word"
When there are enough people that resonate with the word, Paul won't have to repeat the words he hears and senses.

That was really interesting when Paul said that when people don’t experience the energy at his workshops, it’s because those people have the most protection. That’s comforting to know because I can’t really say that I’ve ever felt “the energy” of a group meditation, or whatever others have experienced. And I’ve been going to groups of various kinds for 35 years - probably more! I’ve been in various stages of envy of those who have had their time to feel what went on. What if a person is born with an inherited brain that’s prone to anxiety and fear? What if it’s a family trait? It may not be a soul problem, in other words, but a brain problem.
Inherited anxiety comes from inherited behaviour patterns. There's a great book called "Why it's not always depression" that walks through the pathology of anxiety and how to heal it. I interviewed the author - Hilary Jacobs Hendel. Start there! And Kelly Brogan has a book called "A mind of your own." She's a psychiatrist.
