I’ve been looking for Paul Selig. I had forgotten his name. I lost his book :). But I knew when I was ready this would come back into my life. Thank you for being the instrument!
From frame: 10:18 Alex asks the most important question in this podcast. How do you find the Divine within you? What is the practical method of finding that Divine Source within you? The answer is: meditation! Meditation is the key. Meditation is the scientific process of connecting to the Divine Source within you. Man's sense of what is right or wrong comes from our deep connection to Source. This Source is Consciousness. Consciousness is the spiritual Higher Self that we are all connected to. This spiritual Higher Self is connected to Cosmic Consciousness that pervades all existence within and without. How do we make this deep connection to our Inner or Higher Self and to God or Cosmic Consciousness? We make this connection when we still the chatter of our thoughts and lead our awareness away from the five senses and into the Silence and Void of our own Consciousness. It is in Silence that we begin to perceive the Inner Reality that is behind all that is. This is meditation. Hence why it is written in the bible, 'Be still and know that I am God'. Still what? What must you still in order to know God? Still your mind! Still your thoughts completely so that your awareness is focused upon that apparent Nothingness and Silence. A vacuum is produced and in that special moment, the vacuum will be filled with the presence of God (in religious term) or Cosmic Consciousness. It is in Silence and meditation we begin to bridge our connection to Source or God. But, before you focus your attention upon the Stillness or Void when you sit and close your eyes, you need to develop concentration. Without having developed the necessary discipline of concentration you will be distracted by thoughts and images which come into your mind and you are pulled away from the inner world of consciousness to the outer world of the five senses. Hence, you need to develop concentration first by focusing on your breathing, or focusing on an image of a candle flame or mantra or whatever. As soon as thoughts enter your mind and pull you away from the chosen image as focus, you gently turn your attention back again upon the image or breathing. You keep on doing this until finally you can sit still with one-pointed attention upon the image or breathing without thoughts entering your mind. This is concentration. Having achieved strength in your concentration where thoughts can no longer intrude, then you remove the image and focus upon that Stillness or Void behind the image! In other words, you are now focusing your attention upon consciousness itself with no thoughts intruding. This creates a vacuum and on one blessed day, the Divine Consciousness will suddenly fill that Silence or Void with its own truth and light. You do not have to reach the final goal in meditation to receive results. You do not need to wait until you have attained the goal before striking and tangible results of this practice are revealed. What the adept and the sage find there, all men may find to a lesser degree at earlier stages of the quest. The brief period of the method explained will gradually induce the personal ego to stand aside to some extent and permit higher powers to come into operation. What few realize is that the body and all seemingly physical things are not matter but energy. Our physical form is made of molecules, molecules are made of atoms, atoms are made of electrons, and electrons are made of life force or energy. And energy is Consciousness. Your Consciousness is connected to the all-pervading spiritual Consciousness of the Universe. Nothing is solid. Everything ultimately is a Sea of vibratory Consciousness. In other words, everything is Mind. And the energy inherent is Love. Religion is a man-made, quick-fix attempt at defining God. Through religion, Man brings God down to his own level of human interpretation - creating artificial dogmas, interpretations and practices, thus distorting the true essence of God. Every religion is coloured by different cultures and politics. As in a prism, God’s true nature is refracted. God is the single white light that hits the prism of humanity and refracts into separate, different colours. Bring all colours of religion together and you have one single source - the white light of God. Truth is in spirituality and not in religion. God or Cosmic Consciousness is bigger than religion.
A World Civilizations history book, published in 1948/1958, said in its introduction to students "That a broad view of the world as a whole is desirable in order to understand the evolution of any of [Its] parts. Perspective in history becomes more and more of an urgent need as momentous problems of our generation[s] press for solution." Urge, waveform, thrust horizon, breaking waves, building more waves, wave, wave after wave. Love is the leading edge of this waveform, it always was as we know Army of Light, Super Army, and boots on the ground. Let this love wave momentum carry on and exponentially.

'Next Level Soul', when I first saw you on your program I was filled with fear because something about your look reminded me of someone I knew when I came out to work in my twenties. In other words, he caused me all the grief that I am now facing to this day (and they are major). I believe God brought me to your program to overcome that fear because I truly enjoy your program now and I have forgiven everyone who has hurt me and are still hurting me. I just disengage from them when I find that they are not good for my life journey and get on with the rest of my life. Thanks very much. I think you are a God-send.

The same beings that work with Paul work with me, just amazing how we share a common collective consciousness. I discovered Paul after my connection, not knowing it was real. The Christos frequency that Melck speaks about in I am the Word (i have only read this book thus far, Paul has quite a few), is real folks. Obviously, the Bible speaks of this stuff too, so does the Nag Hammadi Library. Christ is a real frequency our souls are cut from the same block. Had the menorah-tree-of-life light form sprout from my 'gnosis seed' inside my sacrum when the frequency came in alchemically fused me with this frequency or mind-set being as it has it's own sentience (i had chosen life, light, love as this is a shared mind-set with Source/Prime Creator and it noticed my choice loud and clear; wrote it in my journal on May 2, 2020), it activates you, happened on March 6, 2021 and I was welcomed into a Christ collective. Jesus and Buddha, Krishna were on to something folks, it is built into some people's DNA, evolution of soul while in embodiment. this planet is ascending, it's changing on a quantum level and it's impacting every facet of creation in this sector of the cosmos. But I must say, that to someone (myself) who literally JUST got (just before I started listening) what feels like a terrifying diagnosis, making decisions based on love is NOT easy at all. Everything is spinning and so chaotic that I can't even see/feel which decisions (except for the obvious physically violent ones) are coming from where! Which means, I suppose, that it's all coming from fear, but decisions have to be made, and quickly, and the ego-mind is screaming so loudly that I can't feel/hear the voice of Love/Spirit/Higher Self at all!!
I wish I can tell you something that would alleviate the fear and erase the diagnostic. I am at loss of words and I know that it doesn't necessarily solve your issue and still I am keeping you in my heart with healing intention. Please receive! 🙏

When Christ Resurrects Within You, You begin to see The Universe from Your Higher Self & with Spiritual Eyes & Ears.("Those who have Eyes, let them See, Those who have Ears, let them Hear"). Emotions like Anger, Fear, Anxiety will fall away from your Thoughts because You are on a Higher Frequency. You are no longer feeding the Entities that want to keep You asleep. It's a wonderful feeling and You are Awakening & no longer Afraid of the Unknown. You have become Self-Aware, the I Am, the Co-creator from Within. "As Within, So Without." Once Christ Resurrects Within You, You are no longer the same individual. "Behold, I make All Things New". This will happen to most of us at a faster rate now because of the Shift. Also Christ Consciousness comes like "a Thief in the Night." 🙏🏾❤
