Amazing 5-Day Family Cruise on Carnival Breeze exploring the ship, Cozumel and Puerto Progreso

- This was our first family cruise ever !!!!! onboard the Carnival Breeze! We had an amazing time exploring different places, meeting new people, and having fun adventures. These are some of the few things we did on our first cruise ever.
-We boarded the ship and layed games, danced, and enjoyed the welcome party.
-We explored the ship and all its amenities, such as the water park, the arcade, the spa, and the casino.
-We arrived in Cozumel, Mexico, and had a blast. We tasted tequila, met JLO (not the real one lol), and watched a sea lion show. We also did some shopping and sightseeing.
-We visited Puerto Progreso, Mexico, and learned about its history and culture. We saw the Xcambo ruins, the Xtampu salt mines, and the flamingo sanctuary. We also had the best tacos ever at the salt mines.
- We spent the day at sea, relaxing and enjoying the sun.
- We checked out the Hotel Sea Horse, a beautiful boutique hotel with a pool and a beach. We also visited the Moody Gardens and the Pleasure Pier.
- We said goodbye to the Carnival Breeze and our new friends. We had a wonderful time and made some unforgettable memories.

5 bags patrona! 😂… So sad that baby didn’t get to play in the pool 🥲. I can’t wait to visit this year, I definitely did like Progreso better than Cozumel!
I just needed to be prepared lol, and yes the pool thing was disappointed, but now we are motivated to get her ready for the next one. Please eat cochinita pibil tacos for us… they were the best 🤤🤤🤤

In Cozumel, was that an excursion from carnival website?
Yes we decided to got with Carnival since it was our first cruise and didn’t know what to expect, then after being there, we saw that if something happens and you are late they will wait for you but if not. They will leave you so I want to not have to worry about it. Hope it helps !🤩

On the breeze too? We are going to Costa Maya and cozumel!! and have no idea what to do for excursions
@rogercruces2908 no we are actually want to try a different destination. On our Cozumel excursion we liked it that there was activities for everybody. Food was ok and it felt really short. But I would do it again but maybe trying to not do as many things as we did.

@@V-adventurous Puerto Rico, wife's family from Mexico. We love the breeze, our favorite ship. We just became grandparents to twin girls and we taking them on jubilee in September when they turn 13 months. Gotta start them young on cruising.
