The P320-XTEN COMP is the first carry-length P320-XTEN from SIG SAUER, and it incorporates slide-integrated compensation for the ultimate 10MM carry package ideally suited for backcountry hunters, hikers and fisherman.
The XTEN slide is the equivalent length of a 4.25” barrel but is instead equipped with a single port compensator integrated into the slide and paired with a 3.8” bull barrel that allows for maximum shootability.

I got one last week this gun is amazing for a 10 mm. The recoil is very tame and it is so impressive that I can’t even believe it.
One of the most underrated pistols just got better! Love it!

@@capeace13 it’s not too weak it’s just not compatible. A tungsten grip module is definitely stronger than a polymer one, the FCU just doesn’t fit it.
@@NotAnOperator442 I asked about the possibility of getting a TXG grip last year when I was at the academy in NH. The Sig employee I talked to told me that the polymer grip is stronger than the TXG & that the TXG will break with the high power of a 10mm or .45. The only options for a heavier grip would be steel or stainless.
Oh & by the way the FCU will drop into a TXG grip. The only thing that doesn't fit is the magazines
December 2023 I went to my local Gunshop to make my first pistol purchase. I wanted the P365 Macro . They didn't have any P365's and couldn't keep them in stock. They did have one Wilson Combat P365 X. Once I held it , that was it. I bought it and now have roughly 1300ish rounds through it , thus far not a single hiccup. I dont have anything to compare to but ,I love it. Now Im looking for a woods gun and I believe this will be my next purchase.

@@AlabamaPilgrim333 The Truth, never suppressed 10mm would love to try it even though they don’t have factory subs right now, sage dynamics tried it on a fn 510 and he surprisingly liked it, another reason to suppress 10mm is for hunting, for everyone that uses a 10mm for handgun hunting.

I was so excited until I saw that it has a full size grip height. Someone in the industry needs to make a 5” grip height 10mm pistol, probably with a 13 round magazine. If executed well this would be my “one pistol” for everything. The Springfield XDm and Glock 29 are too short and all others are too tall. I do love the idea of an integrated compensator though. That’s a first with the 10mm’s.

M.U.S.T have accessory: mag-well extension for those of us with larger hands. I EDC my P320 XC but I HATE firing it. My pinky ALWAYS comes off the grip after EVERY shot! *By me making this comment, they (NH Corporate Store) will know who I am.
You know the x compact has a shorter grip right? This is an x carry.

I have 2k Norma spec rds through mine. When do I need to change the RSA, and are they available for sale? For my XTEN, I’m over 8k rds fired and just changed the RSA for the 2nd time (3rd RSA to date).

So shooting a full power 10mm load out of a 3.8” barrel… at one point would a larger 9mm+p / .45acp+p produce the same or more FPE in a slightly longer barrel?
I love my full size 10mm (G20) and this new entry looks great… but you need the extra barrel length to get the round to the FPE to hit like it reads, right?
Why want extra recoil, slower follow-up shots in a caliber that (in shorter barrels) would break even with + P rounds?
And why want a “threaded barrel” version if 10mm will always be a supersonic round? 🤷♂️

Nice idea, but not a true comp. Need to actually have the barrel the same length as the slide and port both. I know there's some complaints about the flash from the XMacro 9mm comp distorting the line of sight with a fireball. I can only imagine, from my experince with 10mm, this is going to look like a volcano. No to mention if actually using this with a HOT 10mm load for wilderness self defense........FLAME ON!!!

Back in the 80s and 90s we carried 44 magnum revolvers in the back country. They worked just fine. Have you checked out the bore axis on one of those?

@@googoo-gjoob No one is shooting them selves except LEOs who pull the trigger or improperly holster it. In one of the videos you can even see the Trooper pull the trigger when getting out of the car.
So yes. Out of millions and millions of p320s a couple of NDs, is user error. The gun won’t go off. Not even if you hit it with a hammer.

@@emmw7794 9 and and .22lr. About 1000 of each per month. The .45 and the .40 and the 5.56 and the .357 and the .44 mag. Pretty much just sit in the safe now…..although I did find a store blowing out .40 cal. at .15 cents a round two months ago and bought all of it.
@@jagpilotohio You can shoot .40 out of these if you really want to. But 10mm bulk is usually .50 cents a round which is cheaper than .300 blk
