- This time I have filmed a beautiful and astonishing looking matte white Koenigsegg Agera R on the track. Listen to the amazing sound with full throttle acceleration and fly by on the track!

jody024 I knew someone was going to say that. No it's not. Just because they used a Ford V8 at their debut doesn't mean anything they've done ever since use a Ford Base. That's as dumb as saying that McLaren's engines are based on the S70/2, which is not true.
No they developed their own engine with their own engineers, and nothing at Ford touches Koenigsegg's aluminium 5.0 V8.

Now that the new cars are coming, i can say that the Koenigsegg Agera R is my favorite Hyper/Super car. Not just for now, but it's my favorite Guinuine car of all times. This is in my opinion one of the very best looking cars, but also one of the very best sounding ones. It also happens to be an absolute beast.
This car really is the Lamborghini Miura, the McLaren F1, the 300SL, the Enzo of it's time, and that's why i place it on the same level as those cars.
I can say straight away that Christian Von Koenigsegg is the new Enzo Ferrari.
He's better than Enzo in terms of engineering
But he needs to win some races to be on his level though in general

+vivalaphill guarantee if they were going all out in those cars the Agera would spin out. The Agera R has never been able to complete a lap at the Nurburbgring because it has far to much torque for a track like that. last time they tried to test it they totaled the car. whcih is why i firmly believe these are not track cars, unless you have a death wish. Those cars just dont have the track capabilities of the 3 other hybrid hypercars because it wasn't built for tracks.

Dylan Crapé well son thats wrong, go to the koenigsegg homepage and compare the one stats vs super sport, the one has a higher top speed and faster accelration and corners better. it beats the super spot in every aspect exept drivability and comfort.
fredrik andersson super sport still holds the record the one:1 stats are theoretical only and have not been tested but it is the fastest car from 0-300 km/h

Agera is too wide to beat the P1 on the track, maybe on straight line. And it has 1140hp, I mean, with +1000hp it needs to be faster than a 900hp car.
For me,Koenigsegg is the best hypercar brand and the Agera R is my favourite hypercar.
The reason why i don´t own an Agera R? it´s to beautiful to be driven by me....
