Punch, Twister and Hope are three Marsupilamis living a peaceful life in Palombia. Their lives are about to take a drastic turn when they accidentally open a sarcophagus whilst playing with debris on a beach, releasing a mysterious ghost cursing all the animals! Thankfully, our three Marsupilamis are immune to the curse and decide to set out on an adventure, find the ghost and reverse the curse.
Inspired by the comic book Marsupilami from Franquin, this 2.5D platformer takes you on a colorful journey through the Palombian jungle, a coastal city and even an abandoned temple. Jump, punch, dash and swing with your tail like only Marsupilamis do!

Tropical Breeze 😀
Man, I still remember having a Marsupilami plush toy as a kid, it was my favorite toy. And that was in the early 90s, if not late 80s.
Did it have a super long tail?
Definitely my kind of game. Great gameplay, Glenn
I’m buying this cause of your review looks like fun!
I hope you enjoy it - everyone I’ve known who’s played it has enjoyed it
Wow that was kinda cool
The name rolls right off the tongue don’t it? 😏
After a couple of beers maybe
First again! Finally saw the previous one and I remember the name of the cartoon like you did. The game looks gorgeous but I’ll have to watch this instead of getting it. No switch here
Did Dave Wise and/or Grant Kirkhope do the OST? If not then someone emulated there styles to the tee.
Nope! I was wondering if the same person who did the newer 2d rayman games also did this soundtrack because both were made in France so could be possible
I bought this game on Steam after seeing your first video. What I liked most is how well the game flows, it's quite enjoyable to play it, the art is high quality and the level design very well done.
The two problems I found is the lack of difficulty and the length of the game. Marsupilami is considerably easier than New Super Mario Bros WiiU, for example, which is already an easy game aimed at kids. While it has some interesting mechanics, none of them are really explored to their limits because the developers wanted to make the experience very accessible. As for the length, you can do 100% of it in just 4 hours and after that there's not much else to do in the game.
I still recommend the game, especially the PC version which is apparently cheaper than the Switch one. It's an enjoyable and fun experience, despite being too short.
Yeah that’s why I mentioned maybe starting in hard mode because 2 life hearts maybe adds about another hour to the length of the game. Glad you enjoyed it though, microids are publishing some cool European stuff this season
@@n64glennplant - I picked up a Western physical copy.
First new game in the series since the Sega published Genesis title.
Yup
Kinda like a donkey kong game with all those weird birds.
Yup! Takes nods from a lot of great platformsrs
Also some Rayman
Great video, but it's just not the same without your sexy...I mean charismatic voice.
Ha thank you, maybe I’ll live-stream Pokémon diamond this weekend
@@n64glennplant Sounds good, I enjoy your reviews but having you talk and comment through them adds yet another layer to how you feel about particular areas of the game as a whole.
Check out jackfraggs he’s got a nice voice for commentating too 😃
