Behind the Curtain with Judith Miller

Judith Miller plays the role of "Madame Armfeldt" in South Bay Musical Theatre's winter 2024 production of A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC. In this 6-minute interview, she discusses her character and how she approached the challenge of bringing her to life. There were some other female roles in this show, she confesses, that she would have loved to play in her younger days, but she feels they are in excellent hands. Although this is her first show with SBMT, she has attended many shows here in the past and thinks highly of the group's "beautiful production values." We get to hear snippets of two songs from the January 15 Sitzprobe rehearsal with full orchestra and see clips from the Ingmar Bergman film "Smiles of a Summer Night" from which the musical was adapted.
