Episode 21 - Running, river dips and wedding prep!

Not long until the wedding now, it is full steam in the garden and we are starting to get excited!
This week we did some fun runs and Em's rehab is going super well, smashing some hills and a Park run in Aberdeen. A fun week as we head towards the biggest day of our lives....June 29th isn't far away now guys!
