Episode 20 - Imo Boddys World record attempt and a day with the Erg Army!

This is a week of trail running and supporting a rad chick called Imo Boddy who is attempting to run the UK 3 peaks and in between to set a world record as well as an incredible Hyrox style workshop with the legends at Erg Army….oh and a bit of wedding prep and gardening of course!
