I am not a lawyer, nor do I want to be one, but it is not likely that 50 will prevail in his suit against Daphne Joy. Since Daphne Joy currently has sole legal and physical custody of their son, the courts will use discretion in giving 50 custody because of hearsay, and even if she was a so-called "sex worker," it has nothing to do with her ability to be a great mother to Sire. Moreover, her attorneys can assert that 50 was the primary aggressor in their past relationship, particularly if he has had a domestic violence restraining order in the past (even if it expired). Thoughts???
