Quick Unbox of Tom Ford Patent Leather Oxfords!

Back with another 2mins-ish video. This time I am unboxing and taking a quick peek at Tom Ford's Patent Leather Oxfords! Yes, completely different item than the last video but the style remains the same. These shoes were purchased for a very special occasion however Covid-19 has gotten in the way so they will likely not be worn for a while (sad face).
These shoes are made with a patent leather upper, leather lining and sole, and have grosgrain laces. They are made in Italy and for most people I would say size down. I love that these have a subtle, not so in your face Tom Ford styling and were one of the more comfortable patent leather shoes! Note that these are extremely slippery and it was recommended that they be roughed up a bit on some concrete to add grip.

How much did you get them for and where did you buy them off?
I got these from Harry Rosen (Canadian menswear store). I can't remember what their regular price was, it was a couple of years ago but I don't think they're made anymore.

I bought a pair similar but from ysl. I’ll probably sell without even wearing them, they just seem too fancy. Haha

absolutely horrible, please dont hate me but , the shoe is not worth its price, polyster lace, worse quality leather machined stiching,absolutely horrible rubber sole thats why people should not go with these brands like tom ford prada etc, they never give what your money is worth, you should always buy from brands thats gives respect to the craft of dress shoe making

I do not. Had purchased them for a special occasion that's been postponed...maybe next year I'll get to wear them.

Was iffy on the heel as well since I'm pretty tall but it worked out. Most of these styles come with heel unfortunately

Tom Ford are what they are, designer tat. Oxfords never look so shiny and nasty if you want quality Oxfords look not further John Lobb.
Patent leather is traditionally what you wear for black and white tie… I’ve seen some John Lobb bespoke made from patent leather
