The tracks should be wider and the straps should go right over the tires to take the UTV's suspension out of the equation. Plus you can get bucket straps to really hold the tires.
How have these etracks held up since you installed them? How many trips have you made with you side by side strapped this way. I would think the bouncing of the side by side would be really hard on the few screws holding down the etracks. I think a better install would be to put the etracks directly under the tires and just run the strap over the tires. That way the side by side couple bounce a bit without pulling the screws out.

The tracks have held just fine after 4 years.

The track system is still holding down well after about four years now. No bending or pulling out of the wood.
