- Quick clip showing how laying down the E track goes. It's not difficult. Just a little time consuming. It helps to have a partner when installing the backing plates....and a corded drill....and lots of screws.

Love your videos thank you for sharing
Great video, thanks for the idea 😊
Great video---thanks for sharing!
Lol. How cool I happened onto this video. I'm also a Kentuckian and immediately recognized Freedom Dodge. They're one of my favorite accounts. Anyway thanks for the video. It was very helpful!
Great video mate!
Awesome video brother
Love the ale81 bottle
Thanks buddy! This really helped.
Nice video. Man I miss the Ale 8-one.
Nice video! How high is the back door of your trailer? I have a 7x14 also but the door seems to low for a sideby side... Thank you!
My enclosed is a 7.5 x 12 with utv extra height. It tows my 2013 Arctic Cat Wildcat 1000 Limited on my 21’ Jeep Mojave pretty well. The gas mileage sucks but other than that it works pretty good. I am now too getting around to installing my X tracks from Menards so I can mount some stuff.
Have you put any thought into mounting a winch to pull the utv in? I am looking into that along with a solar charging system. Hoping I can Harbor Freight it up so I don’t ever need power to use the winch.
Thanks for the video! Probably don't want to be sleeping on pressure treated plywood too much!
Why? What happens?
@@droningusa2473 it's treated with toxic chemicals. It's probably generally safe but I wouldn't want to sleep on it all the time.
How think is the plywood on your floor ? Awesome video!! Thank you in advance
Really helpful
much appreciated
Rear engine; gotta back it in, or you are going to have too much weight behind the trailer axle and not enough tongue weight. Result will be a trailer that sways dangerously. Great videos. Keep up the good work.
With the tandem axle placement on this trailer, I think pulling in will be fine. The center of mass will be directly over the axles. I don't expect any sway issues. But if it does sway, obviously I'll have to go to plan B. :)
good lord. He is showing how he installed e tracks he is not showing how to tow. Get over it. There is always that arm chair quarterback that would of thrown the touchdown pass..... Thank you for the video. can you tell me where you got the back plates from?
@@angeloiezzi7054 he said etrailer.com is where he got it from just in case you hadn't seen his earlier post
absolutley the wind will get ya
Thanks for posting!!! I'll say this though....instead of a broom, get yourself a battery powered leaf blower. You'll thank me later :)
I have a question for you! How is your 7 foot wide trailer with towing on the jeep? I have been eyeballing either a 6x14 or 7x14 on my truck. Have hauled several 8's around and those are simply way too wide to be comfortable with.
Ima Crazy Guy just bought an 8.5x 24 vnose. Love it
Hello Sir, What did you do to protect the underside of your trailer? I just bought one similar to your and will be doing the E-Track and some other mods to it. Thank you for your time.
Haven't done anything to the underside yet, but I would like to simply paint it to help prevent rotting of the flooring.
I have almost the identical trailer and bought the Fluid Film kit from Amazon included the spray gun. FLUID FILM FFSG Spray Gun Applicator Kit.
Need 4 amp hour brushless impact driver drill.
Just bought same size trailer for my krx. My Rubicon doesn't like pulling it with 4:10gears on 35's. Seem like it wants to stay in 5 or 6 gear. What does yours act like pulling that trailer?
Do you still have the xx?
Where did you get the backing plates
I boaught mine though amazon, DC Cargo Ultra Secure E Track Plate Installation Kit, 4-Pack | E-Track Rail Mounting Back Plate, Bolts, Nuts, and Washers. $30.
Where did you buy the backing plate at?
I get my stuff from etrailer.com
Where did you get your E-Track from?
etrailer.com
Can you run e track horizontally on the floor and still be safe? Having backing plates almost every 1ft.
Hi!
What's the brand of your trailer?
Arising Industries built it.
Where’d you find the backing plates
etrailer.com
Link for e tracks? Im netherlands
Nice, but I switched from etrack to supertrac (aka L track) for the floor. Still use etrack for the walls, for my custom beds.
That aint a truck
What is your trailer brand and size
Arising Industries built it. It's a 7x14. I wish I'd gone 8.5x24...then I could use it for my car also.
OFFRD I’m looking at 8.5 x 24 I’m planning to move cars and motorcycles.
What's up with the blue Mach 1 though ?
That Mach was a one owner specimen that I found near Louisville, KY and I loved it dearly for 2 years. It was nearly bone stock and would still hurt a lot of feelings. Guys with the new GTs and SSs couldn't believe how quick it was stock. Unfortunately, it had to find a new home for financial reasons.
the narrow 2 color orange, is NOT GOOD... One Big Orange stripe though the middle with a black accent.....
That's not a truck.
technically it is a station wagon, however, it will tow 5k plus.
That was the biggest waste of time. Sorry
