Low Beam Not Working-ZBR Failure! MAN Tgs

This is what you can do when you don't have another ZBR computer..
Mounting an relay for the low beam.

Please can you explain the ignition system in man tgs because one of my snrs said the wire goes to the edc unit before it goes to the starter motor?

Hello there.Yes it's true.From the ignition the wire goes to the FFR and from there a wire 50300 or 51300 goes to the edc on the engine..And in the end to the starter.You can bypass the edc.Example: you mount a wire from 50300 directly to the small coil of the starter

The edc will not let you to start if the N it's shown on the instrument cluster.

Hi does the man truck use numbers on wire instead of color code

@@johnmacharia4154 All MAN trucks have codes/numbers on wires.And they use 3 colours most..brown for the ground, white and pink.
