@@johnmacharia4154 All MAN trucks have codes/numbers on wires.And they use 3 colours most..brown for the ground, white and pink.

@@kylehoughton2578 Hello.First check under the hood in the top right connector box, if you have power on wire 43 300 when brake pedal is pushed.Also check all the abs and zbr fuses.If not some of the MAN trucks brake light switch location is typically situated near the brake pedal.

Hello.First you will need a diagnose.The bit noise appears because clutch booster cannot engage, and the can be from the pressure plate,pressure bearing or clutch booster.So just to be sure you need to make a diagnose on the gearbox.

I use Launch x431 and autocom 2020 but i recommend Launch tester.You have way more options and its advanced.Also it works with some tractors and heavy duty machines.

Ussualy when this is happening it s because an electrical fault.A bad sensor inside the as tronic module,if it s about automatic gearbox.If its manual gearbox the problem is from the valve block.

@@alvesthegreat The valve block is that one wich has a round plug.On the top of the gearbox.

Tell me more,what do you need to do?

In the edc connector you need to have power on the red wires,with the ignition on and 60 ohms on the twisted wires (plug connected) .120ohms disconnected

@@RelectrikRepairs all is okay But no signal but stilll no output signal to starter But when relay G426 disconnected the engine will be cranks but not started

@@jalelsaidi3827 That means the edc is not fully powered on all wires..if it cranks and not starting

I think you schould have 2 permanent + wires and 2 + from the ignition

Usually when cranking is short and not long enough to start, it can be a problem from the starter(the big solenoid).But do you have active faults? Engine warning?

@@RelectrikRepairs when we supplied it directly its was worked normally but the engine not started But by the key switch no reaction definitely The display its dark Can't see the error message But sometimes i have see the check engine appears Its show also EBS SYSTEM Problem What do u think plz

Thank you! If you don't have any fault code active it can be only one possibility.Every time i encounter this problem it was from the rnd switch.The switch from where you select gears.And a diagnose will help.to see in real time what happends when you select D or R.Good luck!
