Billy has such a wonderful understanding of the game, & when you hear his analysis or explanation it gives you the opportunity to view instances on the field through his eyes. Young players coming into the Qld side would be salivating at the thought of learning from him.

If they lose they should quit. But with how Prince is playing and Qld injuries it should be a walk over.

What he was saying about Cleary is how I look at Thurston. Both werent blessed with gifts but their hard work and determination always got them over the line. Both are good to watch.🤙

I totally agree with billy on Reece and mays head clash like that is word for word what I would have said and I honestly am so depressed about the broncos situation because I'm a die heart broncos fan and my sister and I have a crush on him (lol) so when Reece got hit we were both acting like he had died and I was just saying over and over again how we r doomed even tho we aren't and than me and my dad are also bid soccer fans and the socceroos were playing authentic same time so when he got hit and then we started losing I just kept saying can we watch the socceroos now but to be honest I was just sad about Reece and the depressing grand final, memories were coming back but I believe that we will be able to pull through again this year but this time Nathan won't be doing anything similar to last year

With a coach like Billy and the football brain he has, I can’t see NSW winning one State of Origin game!
BTW I’m a dyed in the wool NSW supporter.

Whats a double movement? Mitch Kenny's try, was it a double movement? The ball and his arm carrying the ball both were planted on the ground. He lifted his torso and stretched out to plant the ball. If his body moved forward after he came into contact with ground, he would not have needed to lift his torso to ground the ball.

I think its when you stretch your arm out from your body. I thought he kept the ball up. it did look a bit sus but I've seen worse awarded.

looked intentional imo just like Billy said he had his arms down & didn’t go for a wrap tackle, could’ve speared him easy.

Billy said the problem at the end of last year was Sam Burgess. Yet in their determination to be fair - and to be seen to be fair, they have allowed a Burgess to play out his contract at Souths. Watch him. And watch the players he seeks to influence.

If I was a coach and the club paid a player 1.2million a year I would do everything to stop them playing origin. Why they play this mid year when the clubs are starting pivot for position. It’s insane NFL don’t have it? Why does league it ain’t the best v best either that’s long gone,
