  • Taking the fresh 657 out of Green Machine, and installing it in Chris's wifes XP which had a 720, but this is the quickest route to getting the ski on the water. The 720 that came out of the XP I will eventually rebuild and install it in my wife's Purple Power 93 GTX which currently has a 587 but needs more horsepower.

    Hey, those head/cylinder gaskets that you say don't go on right, I had to put the new ones in, put something heavy on them over night, then install the rest in the morning. Kind of a pain, but worked for me

      Hey same problem with mine and runnin lean . New wear ring installed. Still has grey fuel lines maybe that’s it?

    • @Joe_Dallas
      @Joe_Dallas Před 3 lety

      @@sauceycow209 1 thing to do is replace the grey old fuel lines with new black ones because the Old grey fuel lines deteriorate over time. Second is to take your carburetter and clean it.

    • @Joe_Dallas
      @Joe_Dallas Před 3 lety

      @@sauceycow209 Once you clean your carburetter do you have to readjust the Carburetor Adjustment screws.
      Tighten the low mixture screw in until a slight resistance is felt then turn off one and a half turns for the high mixture screw turn it all the way in to 0 then test. Also when cleaning your carburetor check the valve pop of pressure CZcams it if you don’t know but it should be within 10-12 psi carburetor pop of pressure for the Mikuki Carburetor.
