Easy carrot cake persian recipe :
Carrot : 200 g
egg : 4
sugar : 150 g
Vanilla: 1/2 tsp
Oil : 100 g
Flour : 220 g
Baking powder : 1 tsp (full head)
Cinamon : 2tsp
Salt: 1 pinch
Cardamom : 1/2 tsp
Walnut : 70 g
Bake 170’c
45-55 min
*Filling
Cream cheese : 250 gr
Heavy cream 180 gr + sugar 70 gr
