Those who reject the idea of the rapture confuse me
Bible wasn't complete until all books were found how could it say Bible ? If we're raptured, how then will we be reviled for His names sake, how then will we be killed and taken to the courts as testimony? How then will we be witnesses in Judea, Samaria, Jerusalem and the rest of the world if we are raptured? So He's coming back and taking many and then leaving 144k to come out of the tribulation? What's happening here is your confiding in man and many will perish for that. Cursed is the man who trusts in man, especially Greg Laurie whom I've heard with my ears calling the shabbat "our Sabbath is on Sunday" the biggest lie and controversy of this century. He's a wolf dressed in sheep's clothing.

@@humberto998I’m. It so sure Christians will miss out on Tribulations. Controversy about the Rapture takes focus off the Message of the Bible. I guess we are left to let the Holy Spirit guide us. If that spirit tells you Pastor Laurie us a wolf in sheep’s clothing, do you cross reference other messages of his? Are there any other aspects you don’t agree with? Do you believe in the Trinity?

I have a problem with doctrine created from scriptures taken out of context. This includes the rapture. I’m just not sure about it so am ready for whatever the Lord does, whenever He does it.

We have a long time until the Lord comes. One reason is that the whole world does not know God yet.
The true rapture happens in Mathew 24:29-31 and is what Paul is referring to in 1st and 2nd Thessalonians. It happens after the great tribulation and before the wrath of God is poured upon the earth. So, Christians will go through the great tribulation but will not be on this earth during the wrath period when the bowls of wrath are poured out, because we are not destined for wrath.

There is no such thing as a rapture. Read 1 Thessalonians 4 with ch 5 , it’s the judgment day, pure and simple.

I mean to offense when I say that Laurie's teaching on the rapture is entirely unbiblical. He inserts his own ideas in the biblical texts that are in opposition to the whole of Scripture. His error begins with his dispensationalist theology. These words bring fear, not comfort, to the faithful Christian. If you simply read God's Word, especially in the original (i.e., Koine Greek), sticking to the words, without reading into the texts your own ideas, you will never come up with his teaching. Gred I love your teachings but your wrong about the rapture and the tribulation. We Christians will go through the tribulation because it says in Matthew 24:22 that in those days they had been cut short for the sake of the elect. We will see the Antichrist as well. God would not mention things in the Bible if we were not to see them. But when Jesus comes back that is at the end of the tribulation and at that time we will be caught up with Jesus and every one who doesn't believe will be left and God burns up the earth. Then everyone who is not a Christian is shut out of the new heaven that is brought down to earth for a 1000 years.
Preacher says you need the church, Elijah would have chopped his head off for false teachings.
No such thing as the Rapture. Those that endure to the end will be saved. Additionally, most Christian’s transgress the law so why would the Father have a special place in His heart for lawless people?

Pastor Greg (well, Staff Members): I appreciate your work, but if I may suggest, I would Tread Carefully by using Celebrities as an "example" to become "Born Again Christians". Some people you highlight, im EXTREMELY skeptical about. Once you used Alice Cooper?? I know you are a Beatles Fan, and all of that 60's stuff, and you've used bands like that as a "Witness?" As Our Grandpa in Chief likes to say, "Come on, man!" The Chosen is produced financially in a large part by the MORMON Church. Easy Google search. Anyways, Just my ten cents worth.
