Hey Oscar quick question, how do you make money during the winter while having a detailing business? Do you still have clients or work on something else. Asking because I was in the middle of starting and it starts raining 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️.

The head of the extractor looked pretty dirty before you started extracting. Mine does as well should I clean that part?

Man just started watching and now subscribed to your channel and I can tell you after hundreds or close to thousands of hours of watching youtube channels of all the car detailing channels out there, YOU are the MOST real and tell it how it is as a beginner to a professional car detailing channel out there, you show what you can do without all the exspensive equipment to still get the job done right..... Just saying coming from detailer one to another detailier, ABSOLUTELY, the best on youtube... Great videos, keep up the good work man cause you are telling it how real it is.... Much appreciated....

Hey, don’t hate on Rug Doctor haha. They still make damned decent commercial products. Ever rent one of their home shampooers?
God knows what concoctions are thrown in those, who rents em and they’re always going strong.
Most detailers are terrified of even considering running a carpet chemical through their Mytees and Sandias lol. Not saying they couldn’t handle it, but you catch my drift, I’m sure.

I would say use caution of fabric seats/upholtstery when using the drill brush tool as to potential harshness from the bristles.Use light pressure and keep it constantly moving or you could wear the fabric out as the fabric is thinner than carpet material. Another thing is always be aware of howw much water and solution being used to not over saturate the fabric or the floor of the carpet when cleaning. I have seen on other vidoes to be carefull with the heat of the steam cleaner around certain areas in the interior so as to not get to hot or over saturate the area where there is adhesive that could loosen.Like with a headliner.

I cleaned out the interior of a astro van we have that has never been detailed since we use it to carry stuff inside of it and I dumped out the container 6 times of the aqua pro vac when I cleaned out the seats and carpet. I spent about 2 hours cleaning the van lol since that’s how dirty it was but now it looks like new well at least only on the inside it does. This machine works good and got it at a good price. I do wish I had a steam cleaner though I’m debating on getting the dupray white box steam cleaner off of Amazon or the Mcculloch steam cleaner. I keep seeing negative reviews toward the Mcculloch 1385 steam cleaner which is why I’m leaning more towards getting the dupray instead.

I used a mcculloch for years, its a great steamer. I upgraded to a Chief 75 last year the biggest difference is I hold steam pressure much longer.
