This house includes many of the features that I look for, and except for the open fireplace my chief concern would be the cramped kitchen. I would reduce the size of the dining room to permit more counter and cabinet space.

A single sink vanity in the master bathroom would have made this home absolutely perfect for me.
I would happily move in to this house. Is it my perfect dream house?, no, but nothing is a deal breaker. I may be the only person on earth who is not a fan of modern pocket doors but I can live with them. I do love the dining room and can easily change any decor that doesn't match my likes. Thank you!
Really nice small home layout, it looks comfy and cosy, well designated areas and that’s the point in a small home. Contrary to comments on here, I see a perfectly adequate pantry in the kitchen, I also like the laundry machines in a cupboard out of the way as often in homes in USA, so much space is wasted on having a separate room which no one wants to spend much time in - you put it in and you take it out so who needs to waste a whole room? Only thing I would change is to not have the wall between the kitchen and and dining room to make the kitchen more open and light and I would get a more discrete and smaller cooker hood or put in fans in the kitchen instead. I feel this is a good design and just needs a couple of minor tweaks. 😊

A very nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home that is well decorated and well proportioned
Interesting house. If you used a pop up downdraft vent behind the stove/oven and got rid of that giant hood you wouldn't feel quite so crowded in the kitchen. I'm not a fan of having the washer/dryer in a tiny hall closet either. I agree with another comment that in a small house there is way too much space devoted to the dining room.
Those downdraft vents are rarely used now because they are ineffective. But the kitchen could feel less crowded if some of the excessive dining room space were allocated to the kitchen. Some open plan fans would remove it entirely. A modest enlargement of the entire house might provide space for a proper laundry room and a pantry.
@@Bobrogers99 I had a downdraft in a house I built in the 1990's and it worked great. I bet they have been improved on even more by now.

Love the layout. However, I would remove one of those windows in the kitchen so you can have more cabinet space and have just one window in there. I could live in this home!
Kitchen could be expanded into the dining room since a separate dining is not necessary in small house design. Also, a dryer, in North America, needs to vent externally.
Love the fact that this has rooms especially the dining room. I hate looking at the inevitable mess that comes with cooking

A table between the 2 living room chairs would be nice. Putting books backwards on a shelf is one of the stupidest decor trends l have ever seen.
Whoever works for this company loves the feather walls. I don't. Let's try a house without it, please. Other than that the outside is beautiful, I love on ly having one way into the living room, ceilings are spectacular and I don't even mind the small kitchen because I don't cook.

WTH is with the under 5' shower head. OMG. The kitchen cabinets are also for small people. I'm 5'4 and I wouldn't be able to shower in that second bathroom. The dishwasher needs to be placed nex to the sink.
Unfamiliar with western architecture
I find the kitchen too small. Not enough counter space. Didn't see a pantry. I find the dining room to be extremely large.

It's a beautiful home. And I agree with you on the kitchen. But, it would also be even nicer if the had the 2 more bedrooms where the kitchen and dinning room are. The kitchen and dining room on the same side as the living room but, all one big open great room.
Why does a living room revolve around a TV? We aren’t addicted to every sport, movie, or TV show at all. We love people! When we entertain, we TALK & play with the kids when present.
Get rid of that stone wall (ever dusted one?) and reverse the stove and sink so the cook can visit with guests while cooking! Put the TV below the opening bedrooms are of a good size, wonderful bathrooms (I’d put a soaking tub/shower in the Master) and the garage looks as though it would accommodate a truck, small open workshop and lawn equipment so thank you for all but the living areas.
The dining room is too dark for me, and the arrangement of the windows and the windows themselves are too impractical, but otherwise everything else is perfect. The master bedroom should also have a bathtub with a shower function instead of a shower.
If you want to enjoy your backyard, you have to go outside and run around the house. Only one house door, and one that leads to the garage. I don't think that would pass safety inspection here.
