I love this plan! I would probably eliminate the tub in the master and make that a large walk-in shower and instead of the small shower, turn that into a linen closet.

@@SusanSoCal1 What I've always heard is that as long as there's one tub in the house, it does not need to be in the primary suite. As an older adult, a larger walk-in shower that can accommodate a bench is preferable to me.
This house is what I would call perfect, for a senior like myself, and the guest room is good for family visiting. Very nicely done.
I could definitely move right into this house. It's just right for either a single person or childless couple. Love the wood tones and textures and the monochromatic color scheme.
Love this home! It has a perfect master suite for my taste. There's only one change for me, and that's getting rid of the palm tree wall!.

Stunning! This would be a dream house. Love all the closet space in the bedrooms! And really love the wrap around balcony and the fireplace outside. I’d love to sit out there during the fall season with a nice fire and enjoying a soothing hot drink. Well done!

Perfect plan with a few minor adjustments. Like more storage friendly bathroom built ins, and no tub in MBR bath. Larger shower in there. Need a garage.

Absolutely perfect layout and interior design classily done, creating a warm and inviting home.
Would love to have a home like this in the country. I would eliminate the palm tree wallpaper and eliminate the tub and put a walk in shower instead and add a walk in closet.

I would take the same floor plan and enlarge it and add additional cabinets in the kitchen and a coat closet and linen closet as well. The living room might be served better on the other side and swap out with kitchen so the kitchen is next to the outdoor patio with the fireplace and a access door from the dining area to the patio. The master shower has got to go as is, the tub I would eliminate and put in a 6'x8' Walk in shower and additional storage for bathroom things. The laundry room I would expand to also have a nice dog wash station with counter and outlets for a doggy blow dryer and storage for all their needs. This home is beautiful and great size for me but I do need more space for all my stuff including my piano.
Dryer venting to the outside via walls? Very nice 2 BR/2 bath home but not the open concept I really want. Love the sizes of all the rooms and the Master suite though! 1300 sq ft is tough to squeeze in a 3rd bedroom. Good job though!
A table with storage between the 2 chairs would be more useful than a slab of wood under the TV.

Oh my word!! This is a beautiful home. My only thing I would add would be a under cabinet wine fridge ( double door with locking feature ) in the island nook or whatever it is called 😂 😅 ❤❤❤ ok I seen the spot for wine next to the sink..but the special stuff for that island nook thingy😊
Yeah. While I realize various features are interchangeable, as is, that island wastes what could be valuable cabinet space.
Perfect but for a few things I would have changed to my taste. 1> I would have supress the door to the out side as entrance and woyld have put in the dining room between the kitchen and dining.
2> I would have opened the wall from the dining to the living into a more spacious and opened living.
3> The windows in the living would be changed to a sliding bays so you can really enjoy the outside.
4> agree no bathtub but a larger walk in shower and more closet space. Now I live in a hot weater place so no need for chemney in or out. Very very nice.

Bella, a questa casa quasi perfetta manca quello che non mettete mai: un locale tecnico con la caldaia per il riscaldamento e l'acqua calda. Riuscite ad aggiungerle nei prossimi progetti in modo da renderli reali? E, ma questa sarebbe solo una mia necessità, un locale dispensa che possa magari contenere un bel freezer orizzontale per metter via i prodotti dell'orto 😊😊😊😊😊

These designs have a major flaw. You have to walk through the entire house to bring the groceries in. How about placing the kitchen near a doorway?
Lovely MOSTLY functional house. Needs a linen closet, heating/cooling, hot water heater. Putting plants OVER the kitchen range is absolutely stupid ...they will not thrive there. Forget about watching TV .. during the day, the light from the windows will glare on the screen, and at night the bare-bulb ceiling figure will glare on the screen. But this IS one of the more-functional presentations on this site, as long as you never need heating, cooling, or hot water. And the outdoor covered fireplace porch is marvelous (where I live, it would have to be screened in because of mosquitoes in the summer.
There are things called curtains, you know.
The community bathroom is so far an away from everything. Otherwise I liked it !!!

Kitchen cabinets are too high. In living room, would put TV above fireplace.
The ceiling is too high, as are the windows. Why do you need an outdoor fireplace? Instead of a fireplace in the living room, a fireplace stove for cooking would be better if the power went out. Underfloor heating powered by solar panels on the roof would be much more efficient than a one-off open fireplace. Or a small wind turbine for electricity.
Too bad you could build a small, high quality finish house like this. You should never sell it because it will cost too much per square foot
