PPE Boost Valve Install / Review

Truckmaster was doing a giveaway, so I decided to get entered by purchasing this ppe boost valve, and although I didn't win the giveaway i figured what better time to do the install and review then now.

My 03 lb7 get like 10 mpg how do I get more I see people

I run my lb7 on 3 or 4 all the time and get 23mpg with the ppe
