Patty, I've had success with Kiss press on because I put them on at night after my shower and press them a lot. They last 7 to 10 days. The ad said Clark's, but it also said sponsored. Big mistake, I understand your frustration.

Trick is (yes rough up your natural nail a little) putting a thin coat on your natural nail AND same amount on your Kiss nail (quickly place the nail on, pressing a few seconds and not letting the glue dry). Honestly its the best on the market and your nails will stay on at least 2 weeks - you will see grow-out first. You can purchase one tube or by the "lot". After opening the tube always keep it "standing up" so it wont dry out. You will never be sorry - thats my guarantee. đđ„°
5 second by lBD at Sally ! Retired nail artist here! You must work quickly but it is the best glue l ever used on my clients. One tip ⊠a pin hole in the center of the nail will help to keep them intact and no air bubbles underneathâŠ.pierce from backside apply buff over and then clear coat . Itâs the air trapped between the natural nail and that artificial tip that causes quick lifting . Which in turn causes mildew if left on too long . Be vigilant and good luck đ they have a soak at Sally with a scrubber inside to remove them as well , check it out while youâre there!

I'm 73 and still work full time. I use the Kiss Impress nails- Right now I am using the Impress FX--Glue adhesive already applied. I love, love them. They last me 3 weeks and I wash dishes with out using gloves and have absolutely no problem with them coming off. I wear the short because I am on the computer at work all day. I usually take them off on Saturday morning and let them rest, then in the evening put the new ones on, so they will look good for Church on Sunday. I would not even have to take them off after 3 weeks if my nails were not growing and a gap between my cuticle and nails are showing. Patti, I just love your channel and look forward to every episode.

I went to a salon for acrylic nails and for pedicures every two weeks for many years. I always enjoyed doing this. Until I retired, I was never concerned about the cost!!! From time-to-time I tried doing my nails myself using the same method the salons use-I got pretty good at this and even did several of my friendsâ nails. This worked well except I spent lots of time doing this which got very old. My bathroom and eventually my entire house smelled like a nail salon-which my husband nor I liked-you could smell it when you came in the door-which was terrible and totally unacceptable for us!!! I also tried the press-on nails-many different brands and styles and every glue I could find-I was never pleased with the results. I still have several packages of Kiss nails in my beauty room stored with my nail supplies. When I retired in 2011, I decided to abandon fake nails altogether!!! The damage that acrylic nails did to my nails took me months to grow out and my thumb nails still look bad even after over 13 years of no acrylics of any kind!!! I became very concerned about the safety of the glue and other acrylic supplies used to maintain these nails, as far as absorbing it into my body causing health issues. My nail beds and cuticles were always slightly itchy, especially right after application, which became a real concern for me. I now use OPI Nail Envy and grow my natural nails and do my own manicures and pedicures at home. I should have done this all along!!! Nail polish is bad enough, as far as harsh chemicals applied to our nails-acrylic nails should have sounded a health alarm for me long before they did!!! I definitely regret ever wearing acrylic nails!!! I spent a small fortune- that is an absolute fact!!!
I agree with imsassi. I use the IBD 5 Second Nail Glue in the brush on version or Tropical Shine Brush-On from Sally's. It's only $4 or $5. I find the brush on easier to use and it holds for weeks or until it grows out too much. I can usually pry them off by sticking the pointy end of the nail file that is on metal nail clippers under the nail.

I love imPRESS no glue mani brand. They are self-adhesive and very simple to use. I get 2-3 weeks and truthfully only remove them because I want a different color. Itâs rare to have a nail not adhere and stay on for weeks but it has happened. The nails stay on doing everyday things with no problems. Removing them has never been a problem. Iâve tried nails that use glue but felt they didnât stay on long or the glue damaged my natural nail. These self-adhesive are my favorite! Plus I love that there is no issue/mess of a liquid or gel glue. I recommend them to everyone.
How do you keep your hair from getting caught in the Impress nails as they start loosening up at the edges? That drives me crazy and they stay on but lift a small amount around the edges.

Years ago I used a super glue type glue to put on my nails. They stayed on for a long time but did terrible damage to my nail bed. That said, your nails are incredibly pretty and your hands look far younger than your age! Nice to see you Patti, take care!
Good morning Miss Patti! I have been using imPress & Kiss nails for at least 4 years only because I found the Kiss Powerflex brush on glue which changed my life, lol! I hate those tubes of glorified super glue that is always messy no matter how careful you are. I work in a hair salon so my hands aren't just in water but perm solution & hair color. I generally wear the the imPress & use the nail glue on my natural nail. I can get close to 2 weeks ~ yes, I usually have a couple that come loose that need reglued, but that doesn't bother me. I had, no joke, just looked into ordering from Curvlife when I started watching your video! I think I'll order the glue & remover from Amazon & see what happens, but I also may wait to see what you say when you remove yours. I hope you'll give is an update! As you slide the nail on first instead of just pressing, you're getting rid of any tiny air pockets that might get trapped by only pressing. Those air pockets are what usually makes them pop off even if the nail has been prepared properly.

I too searched for what seems like forever for the perfect nails and perfect nail glue. Like you I am super picky about my nails and the shape that looks best on me. I wore acrylics for 30 years until I had an allergic reaction so bad it shocked the nail tech. I've worn solid gels, gel polishes, dip powders and then I found KISS nails and love them. I wear the Sugar Rush medium square or will also wear the acrylic Nude ( it's like the ombre look you get at salons). As for glue, and I've tried them all, my favorite remains the KISS PowerFlex Brush-On Nail Glue. It lasts two weeks without lifting or popping off. The biggest trick I've found is 1. prepare your nails well. They need to be dry, thoroughly. Before applying tips apply two coats of any kind of base coat and let dry well. Then brush the glue on your own nail as well as the press-on nail. I've had them last as long as 3 weeks without lifting or popping off. I do love your videos! You're a lovely lady.
Interesting! So you apply a regular base coat ( the one that you let air dry or the one you cure under a lamp?) and after that you apply you glue? I tried it once with a gel cured peel off base coat but even that damaged my nails. I now use very successfully the sticky tabs with a bit of nail glue and for some unexpected and unexplainable reason, they last at least 2-3 weeks without popping off or moving! After that you just pull them off, remove the sticky residue from the tabs and youâre good to go. Itâs the absolute only way for me to have 0 issues and 0 damage to my natural nails
I love the kiss nails. I use the LA Colors Ultimate Hold Glue. I have found it stays on for two weeks with no problems. I put glue on the nail and the nail bed. I guess it fuses together. Love your videos. â€

Hi sweet lady...thanks for another great video! I wear kiss french nails (a different style). It took numerous orders being tossed till i found the style that fit my nail beds! I ordered several glues after many reviews. But i put on a set 12 days ago with the glue i love. I have not replaced any. It is the grow out thing of course. The glue i used is Static nail glue. The first time i got with a set of nails. Their nails did not work for me at all. But love the glue with my kiss nails. Ive ordered the glue twice from Amazon now. I went to nail school and have tried many glues (the 5 second, OPI, tons of them). I have some others i ordered in case this didnt work. But 12 days so far and happy! Iâve been using the Glamnetic brush on glue and have had amazing results! I did order the nails from them as well and they were good but fairly expensive. Now Iâm ordering the really cheap ones from Temu but still using the brush on glue(Iâve been buying it on Amazon and the bottle of glue is 6.99 and lasts forever). I wear them for at least 7 to 14 days!

I use Kiss nails and use the little glue that comes with the pack. Ever since I started the pattern of put a layer of base on first, rough them up a bit, apply glue to both the nail and the nail bed and then hold for 30 seconds, they stay on great. My last pair made it 2.5 weeks! I usually trim down the thumb nail pretty short, because that oneâs too much in the way and I would bump it off too easy!
Iâm 80 and donât really have the time for fake nails. I went to the salon for years to have my nails doneâŠwish I had all that $$ back. You are beautiful as ever.
Hi Patti: Your nails look gorgeous! I am 72 and find that my nails chip so easily. I often use the Kiss Broadway oval nails and are short in length. The glue does not come in a thin long tube that you showed in your video. This glue that comes with the oval nails in a kit, is a small bottle with a tip at the end. It has Kiss Maximum Speed nail glue on the bottle and I find that it dries almost immediately after applying. I have had very good results with this glue keeping the nails secure and lasting up to two weeks. I do find that I have to put enough on and may have to wipe it off around the nail after pressing the nail on. It keeps my nails stable and I can not move them once applied. I am from Canada so I don't know if your stores have the same product but I get my Kiss nail kit at Walmart.......Loving all you videos, Patti....Ona Pelletier.
Hi Patti! You are very inspiring to me and i really love your "Be kind " message. Love your videos. I use Gorrilla Glue brush-on. Yes...Gorilla Glue lol. Its not advertised as a nail glue but it works great and being able to brush it on makes it easy to place the glue exactly where you want it. I was frustrated also with my Kiss nails popping off too soon. Walmart also sells an actual nail glue brush-on, I think by Sally Hansen.

Nail tech. for years....Patti try IBD 5 SECOND NAIL GLUE, sallys/Amazon, white tube green label. Trick is (yes rough up your natural nail a little) putting a thin coat on your natural nail AND same amount on your Kiss nail (quickly place the nail on, pressing a few seconds and not letting the glue dry). Honestly its the best on the market and your nails will stay on at least 2 weeks - you will see grow-out first. You can purchase one tube or by the "lot". After opening the tube always keep it "standing up" so it wont dry out. You will never be sorry - thats my guarantee. đđ„°

5 second by lBD at Sally ! Retired nail artist here! You must work quickly but it is the best glue l ever used on my clients. One tip ⊠a pin hole in the center of the nail will help to keep them intact and no air bubbles underneathâŠ.pierce from backside apply buff over and then clear coat . Itâs the air trapped between the natural nail and that artificial tip that causes quick lifting . Which in turn causes mildew if left on too long . Be vigilant and good luck đ they have a soak at Sally with a scrubber inside to remove them as well , check it out while youâre there!

I'm 73 and still work full time. I use the Kiss Impress nails- Right now I am using the Impress FX--Glue adhesive already applied. I love, love them. They last me 3 weeks and I wash dishes with out using gloves and have absolutely no problem with them coming off. I wear the short because I am on the computer at work all day. I usually take them off on Saturday morning and let them rest, then in the evening put the new ones on, so they will look good for Church on Sunday. I would not even have to take them off after 3 weeks if my nails were not growing and a gap between my cuticle and nails are showing. Patti, I just love your channel and look forward to every episode.

I went to a salon for acrylic nails and for pedicures every two weeks for many years. I always enjoyed doing this. Until I retired, I was never concerned about the cost!!! From time-to-time I tried doing my nails myself using the same method the salons use-I got pretty good at this and even did several of my friendsâ nails. This worked well except I spent lots of time doing this which got very old. My bathroom and eventually my entire house smelled like a nail salon-which my husband nor I liked-you could smell it when you came in the door-which was terrible and totally unacceptable for us!!! I also tried the press-on nails-many different brands and styles and every glue I could find-I was never pleased with the results. I still have several packages of Kiss nails in my beauty room stored with my nail supplies. When I retired in 2011, I decided to abandon fake nails altogether!!! The damage that acrylic nails did to my nails took me months to grow out and my thumb nails still look bad even after over 13 years of no acrylics of any kind!!! I became very concerned about the safety of the glue and other acrylic supplies used to maintain these nails, as far as absorbing it into my body causing health issues. My nail beds and cuticles were always slightly itchy, especially right after application, which became a real concern for me. I now use OPI Nail Envy and grow my natural nails and do my own manicures and pedicures at home. I should have done this all along!!! Nail polish is bad enough, as far as harsh chemicals applied to our nails-acrylic nails should have sounded a health alarm for me long before they did!!! I definitely regret ever wearing acrylic nails!!! I spent a small fortune- that is an absolute fact!!!
I agree with imsassi. I use the IBD 5 Second Nail Glue in the brush on version or Tropical Shine Brush-On from Sally's. It's only $4 or $5. I find the brush on easier to use and it holds for weeks or until it grows out too much. I can usually pry them off by sticking the pointy end of the nail file that is on metal nail clippers under the nail.

I love imPRESS no glue mani brand. They are self-adhesive and very simple to use. I get 2-3 weeks and truthfully only remove them because I want a different color. Itâs rare to have a nail not adhere and stay on for weeks but it has happened. The nails stay on doing everyday things with no problems. Removing them has never been a problem. Iâve tried nails that use glue but felt they didnât stay on long or the glue damaged my natural nail. These self-adhesive are my favorite! Plus I love that there is no issue/mess of a liquid or gel glue. I recommend them to everyone.

How do you keep your hair from getting caught in the Impress nails as they start loosening up at the edges? That drives me crazy and they stay on but lift a small amount around the edges.

Years ago I used a super glue type glue to put on my nails. They stayed on for a long time but did terrible damage to my nail bed. That said, your nails are incredibly pretty and your hands look far younger than your age! Nice to see you Patti, take care!

Good morning Miss Patti! I have been using imPress & Kiss nails for at least 4 years only because I found the Kiss Powerflex brush on glue which changed my life, lol! I hate those tubes of glorified super glue that is always messy no matter how careful you are. I work in a hair salon so my hands aren't just in water but perm solution & hair color. I generally wear the the imPress & use the nail glue on my natural nail. I can get close to 2 weeks ~ yes, I usually have a couple that come loose that need reglued, but that doesn't bother me. I had, no joke, just looked into ordering from Curvlife when I started watching your video! I think I'll order the glue & remover from Amazon & see what happens, but I also may wait to see what you say when you remove yours. I hope you'll give is an update! As you slide the nail on first instead of just pressing, you're getting rid of any tiny air pockets that might get trapped by only pressing. Those air pockets are what usually makes them pop off even if the nail has been prepared properly.

I too searched for what seems like forever for the perfect nails and perfect nail glue. Like you I am super picky about my nails and the shape that looks best on me. I wore acrylics for 30 years until I had an allergic reaction so bad it shocked the nail tech. I've worn solid gels, gel polishes, dip powders and then I found KISS nails and love them. I wear the Sugar Rush medium square or will also wear the acrylic Nude ( it's like the ombre look you get at salons). As for glue, and I've tried them all, my favorite remains the KISS PowerFlex Brush-On Nail Glue. It lasts two weeks without lifting or popping off. The biggest trick I've found is 1. prepare your nails well. They need to be dry, thoroughly. Before applying tips apply two coats of any kind of base coat and let dry well. Then brush the glue on your own nail as well as the press-on nail. I've had them last as long as 3 weeks without lifting or popping off. I do love your videos! You're a lovely lady.
Interesting! So you apply a regular base coat ( the one that you let air dry or the one you cure under a lamp?) and after that you apply you glue? I tried it once with a gel cured peel off base coat but even that damaged my nails. I now use very successfully the sticky tabs with a bit of nail glue and for some unexpected and unexplainable reason, they last at least 2-3 weeks without popping off or moving! After that you just pull them off, remove the sticky residue from the tabs and youâre good to go. Itâs the absolute only way for me to have 0 issues and 0 damage to my natural nails
@@keinohrtini yes maâam, regular base coat first. I find that the way people get damaged nails is their removal process rather than the glue.

Hi sweet lady...thanks for another great video! I wear kiss french nails (a different style). It took numerous orders being tossed till i found the style that fit my nail beds! I ordered several glues after many reviews. But i put on a set 12 days ago with the glue i love. I have not replaced any. It is the grow out thing of course. The glue i used is Static nail glue. The first time i got with a set of nails. Their nails did not work for me at all. But love the glue with my kiss nails. Ive ordered the glue twice from Amazon now. I went to nail school and have tried many glues (the 5 second, OPI, tons of them). I have some others i ordered in case this didnt work. But 12 days so far and happy! Ive always had a hard time finding a glue that would adhere before. Thanks again Patti! Love your videos pretty lady!â€â€
Iâve been using the Glamnetic brush on glue and have had amazing results! I did order the nails from them as well and they were good but fairly expensive. Now Iâm ordering the really cheap ones from Temu but still using the brush on glue(Iâve been buying it on Amazon and the bottle of glue is 6.99 and lasts forever). I wear them for at least 7 to 14 days!

I use Kiss nails and use the little glue that comes with the pack. Ever since I started the pattern of put a layer of base on first, rough them up a bit, apply glue to both the nail and the nail bed and then hold for 30 seconds, they stay on great. My last pair made it 2.5 weeks! I usually trim down the thumb nail pretty short, because that oneâs too much in the way and I would bump it off too easy!

Hi Patti: Your nails look gorgeous! I am 72 and find that my nails chip so easily. I often use the Kiss Broadway oval nails and are short in length. The glue does not come in a thin long tube that you showed in your video. This glue that comes with the oval nails in a kit, is a small bottle with a tip at the end. It has Kiss Maximum Speed nail glue on the bottle and I find that it dries almost immediately after applying. I have had very good results with this glue keeping the nails secure and lasting up to two weeks. I do find that I have to put enough on and may have to wipe it off around the nail after pressing the nail on. It keeps my nails stable and I can not move them once applied. I am from Canada so I don't know if your stores have the same product but I get my Kiss nail kit at Walmart.......Loving all you videos, Patti....Ona Pelletier.

Hi Patti! You are very inspiring to me and i really love your "Be kind " message. Love your videos. I use Gorrilla Glue brush-on. Yes...Gorilla Glue lol. Its not advertised as a nail glue but it works great and being able to brush it on makes it easy to place the glue exactly where you want it. I was frustrated also with my Kiss nails popping off too soon. Walmart also sells an actual nail glue brush-on, I think by Sally Hansen.

I love the nails you have on now. I bought my first box. I got the short nails, press on, just to try. I bite my nails when anxiety is bad. I grew nails once, I loved them, then I bit them again. I need to stop but I don't remember how I stopped before.
