I love this. There are some tutorials recommended using PDFescape but it requires a subscription, after downloading the fillable file and canceling subs, the fillable file disappeared. You're a live saver

I made a digital cycle tracker and I have a bunch of copies of different color blood drops for the different stages and I want them to be able to move and drag on the calendar
Well done! :) Thank you, and that's a start. In response to your inquiry, you may include your blood drop images in the product description if they are in jpg or png format. The drops can be used by dragging and dropping it from the location where it was saved by the user. Consider it as stickers. They are able to use those stickers and affix them where necessary. :)

There are other ways of making a pdf file fillable. You can use Acrobat or you can design everything in Indesign and make it fillable from there. Bulk method , not that I know of. Since you have to decide which elements are going to be fillable, you have to do it per page. :) I could be wrong. There may be some applications that can detect text boxes or checkboxes already that I don't know yet. :) Please let me know if you found one. :)
Thanks for the video! Can you tell me if there is a tool in either Canva or DocHub that will allow me to change the text style that appears in the fillable boxes?
I think you can change it in Dochub when you're setting up all the fillable boxes but once you've saved it as pdf, you won't be able to change it in the pdf.
Thanks! Saw a bunch of videos before this about pdf escape but they no longer have the feature where you can add paragraph text (just a line of text) and this wasn't going to work for me. I knew there had to be another option. Thanks for sharing!

I thought this was great, thank you. The one issue I had was with the page breaks, and controlling where the Document breaks when I downloaded to Doc Hub. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thanks
What exactly do you mean? Did it change after you downloaded it from dochub?
I have a multi page planner with a lot of lines, so would I have do the fillable one by one for all the pages or I do it on one page and it changes on the other pages?
You have to do it per page. It doesn't carry on to the other pages. :)
BEST VIDEO! BUT if i am trying to add a Signature for my client to sign but its not working.. i send to myself after is done and the Signature field dont let the person sign through cellphone fingers..

No, you don't have to. I created this on a free account. :) Maybe the app has been updated or you have to show the menu.

Hi, I have a question. I followed your video instructions step by step. I like to be able to send the form to my customers to fill-out. It works when I download it to my desktop. BUT, when I send I emailed it out the person that I emailed it to cannot fill out he form way?
Thank you too and you're welcome. What program did that person use? It should be a program that can open PDF files. But even Preview (mac) should be okay (as you can see in the video). This would be a stupid question but did you save the fillable file or maybe you sent the wrong file? 😉

Does this site host/provide a direct URL to the fillable you created?
I’m not sure how that works at all. I’m changing my salon booking software and their forms are the only feature I found to be severely lacking. But they do have the option of pasting a URL that will be embedded in an appointment confirmation email that also serves as a form-fill prompt…like I said this is not my forté at all and first thought I had is that I’m probably going to have to use a form site to host my forms which means there’s probably monthly fees in there somewhere😅 I’m lost. If you can help, that’s great. Or if someone has done this before and could possibly point me in the right direction?

How can I add a picture fill box on the pdf editable? Where they can customize to their own liking.
Using Canva? You can share the Canva link project and they can d0wnload it as PDF after they edit that element. As far as I know (and I could be wrong too), you cannot have an editable or fillable picture box in Canva and download it as pdf. I haven't tried it yet. I would like to have a link that would just pull up the docs/forms for a client to fill out and submit. Right now I have a link titled FORMS that clients click to my google doc forms but some clients have a problem signing into google in order to access the forms.@@travelingdesigner
Didn't work for me after I downloaded from Dochub and opened in reader. It became a normal uneditable PDF.
I don't know why it's not working on your part. I just used it today with one of my client's project and it worked just fine - as always. Did you log in?
Does it stay fillable if you upload the completed PDF to google drive?
Once you save it as fillable pdf, it will stay fillable. :)

hmmm I haven't encountered this before but normally once you have a document with hyperlinks and save it as PDF interactive, it will stay. Did you open the PDF from Canva before uploading it to dochub just to check if the hyperlinks are there?
Yes. The hyperlinks work before making the pdf editable on dochub but not after.
I followed step by step and my pdf is not coming up as fillable. Any thoughts?

Happened to me too. I want to email this form to clients. Typically nobody clicks on links, let alone download something. Just want the fillable form for emailing from outlook. With your instructions once sent it is not fillable. Waste of time. Too many steps I’d clients are to use this..
