Garrett that was a wonderful acrylic sign that was created for your business. I would like to know from the creator where did he or she get the base mount for it? Or was it created too? That was sharp! Thanks for sharing!

Can you make the entire material (20X20) textured minus the text? Really love the help you give!!

It’s easy, add a boundary box to the perimeter of the shape then select from that to the text as the fill area instead of inside the text.

@Ian Bedwell Hi Ian, thanks for answering his question. But I'd like to ask you though, is the way you explained it, the same way that he did it in the later part of the video?
I'm brand new to the stuff and I'm trying to learn. 😃🤷‍♂️
      Thanks for your help buddy.

Thank you so much for this great video. But thank you for all of these great videos that you put out. I appreciate them so much and I learned a lot from everything you teach. So thank you again!!
I'd like to ask you a question though; at the beginning of the video you showed the examples and the 2nd one was using a v carve for slanted edges.
I would like to ask, do you have a video on how to do that, like the design and toolpath parts??
To get that affect do you use a v bit? If so, would you use a straight endmill to hog out everything in the middle and then come back with the vbit? Any help you can give me would be so much appreciated and if you have a link to the video that would be good too lol.😄
    Thank you so much again!!👍

Would that work if you put it on acrylic and then edge let it

On example 2. Would using the ramp feature on the toolpath cause the texture to rise and fall as it approached and left the letters or would it still be random.
Thinking of trying that to simulate woodgrain.
