About 3 or 4 years ago, I decided for a week not to speak (only when I needed too). During that time I went to work and only spoke when necessary, this made me select my words carefully and listened actively. At evenings the television was turned off and was selective with what I watched on CZcams via my phone. The phone would be off from bedtime. I learnt so much about myself, surrounding and other people. It was truly very introspective and recommended it to friends. Now I know there's a"term" for it........
