I legit just got a battle pass gold vehicle order in my crate today.

Besides getting a gold vehicle for the skin and free upgrades, the only other reason would be if you have multiple squads and want to bring two. Well, that only works if you have premium time or the extra slots, not to mention that tanks are almost always being used by your teammates.
Trueeee for exemple the is-1 for ussr can get on 2 division so in late game I could potentially be able to bring him 2 time( if in the addition of that I plane to buy more squad slot of curse)
the most useful vehicle gold order ever was when I purchased a T-50 in Moscow, giving me what was at the time the most powerful vehicle in the campaign, and saving me a lot of time and levels to be grinded up. Now bear in mind that (at least at that time) you needed to have the proper squad to use the tank, which was the tanker II squad (then available at level 21, while T-50 was available only at level 29).

I have the BT 7 and the panther G and both play nice.
The BT7 tho is super quick and turns insanely fast.
You don’t struggle at all moving the turret and reversing.
Also the reload is phenomenal.
It just doesn’t have the biggest cannon to clean the house you have to send a few rounds.
And the armor is lack luster to say the least.
But if you plan on being quick and moving to avoid getting hit that’s your tank.

Thank you for this I wanted to know what the AP one grey 16 history was and I didn’t wanna make a new profile and check lol. For some reason once you get the vehicle when you clicked more detailed, you don’t see that origin anymore. Like the historical reference resource for the vehicle being unique and it’s camouflage.
Thank you for this. I was upset when I didn’t understand the gold order vehicle shit. Now I get it, I am not as upset, and get why the system is the way it is.

Before I understood fully, I was still using the base crusader and crushing with it. Now it slaps ass even faster

Since the merge gold order vehicles feel a bit meh, before you could skip massive ammounts of grind but not anymore. I want to buy the gold sherman 76 for the allies but I'd still have to grind all the way to the very last tank, buy it and then be able to use the 76 gold variant
P51 D5 is very good on every BR, you can forget about vehicle tech line and focus on grinding infantry.
premium p-51d is a good pick up, got it before the merge, never played it until the merge actually came
as for grant, avoid it, it's a piece of shit, get a sherman or crusader instead
Taking out a tiger 2 with 85mm gun is really easy as long as you're not shooting at the front or at a steep angle, try to surprise the enemy or have your team distract him, even if his turret is at the 45 degrees you can 1-2 shot tiger 2.
That must be a bug, panther was not able to penetrate is-2 obr 44 from the front irl.
il-2 is a good dogfighter, especially the 37mm variant, in fact it is a better dogfighter than attacker.
yak-1 is respectable fighter and can deal with anything germans can throw at you on tier 1/2.
Technically mig-3 is an interceptor.
You can chase stukas down in IL-2
You are absolutely right, t-70 is a POS tank whose turret can't move for shit, Tambov farmers camo tho, that's a legendary one, I'd get it or that reason alone.

My last gold order vehicle token i used for an IS-1 in the store.
I would have used it for the "Za Stalina!" T-34 (1941) But darkflow basically said go F yourself and they removed the Za Stalina from the store.
As well as the Tiger E they also removed that from the gold order store.
They probably didnt want players complaining about them being pay to win as you can skip a good 90% of the grind just for the Tiger E as its the third last tank in the tech tree next to the Tiger 2 folder.
But by that logic why make it the opposite and allow the soviets to skip to tier 5 tanks with rhe IS-1 when its literally a tank away from the IS-2.
I think my next gold order may go towards the is1, I've been playing the is1 and 2 lately and the is1 just preforms so well. I think its the reload.
Am néw real need good tank and getting it take so Lang and it's better stop play thiz game
