PART 3 HOME MADE SOUP AND NORTH EAST ENGLAND BROTH

This is part 3 of my home made english soup or broth, we call it broth in the north of england, i have worked out the price for the whole pans, which is less than £5.00, i will get about 15 dishes out of it, some with dumplings, some not, my wife does not like dumplings, Its a great way to use up vegetables, at the end of the week, keep your take away containers and re uses them as i do, you can make this vegetarian or vegan, easy to do, i used the ham, but that is going to be used in other dishes, it was used for flour, salt and the likes,
