DUCK IMPOUNDMENT BUILD | PART 1

Finally broke down and decided to finish the #duckimpoundment . I steered hard away from the last plan of finishing it with a tractor and box blade, which turned out to be a bad idea. I rented a Cat DK3 Bull Dozer and finished it out. Hopefully we got it ideal for the water depth we're looking for and it will actually do just that, hold water. I'll be planting the #foodplot next week just before a lengthy rain so the seed will take pretty well and maybe we'll get enough to see how the water will do with the new depth. What does a dozer that size cost to rent?

If I remember right it was $1,500 for a week (5 days).
