I don’t understand the end.
The film is about having dark thoughts during times of depression. Mia's texts hint that she's fighting with a boyfriend. In their phone call he tells her she can't be alone with her own thoughts for even a night. The ending is her realizing the knocks are coming from the mirror and not the window - more specifically they're coming from her own head. Her reflection is a manifestation of her depression ready to suck the life out of her. She in turn accepts that she is going to have to deal with the depression she's about to go through.
