Um, Midas backstory is actually from Greek legends, and everytime someone would steal something from the Gods, the Gods would give them a wish. This one lady asked for eternal life, but not an eternal body so she was turned to dust, and sat as dust for eternity. Midas stole something and his wish was for everything he touched to be turned to gold, but with that wish he couldn’t eat, because everytime food made contact with his body it would be turned to gold
