Paul Cook gave his first interview to Spireites+ after returning to the club as manager for a second spell. The interview was first heard on 1866 Sport.
Absolutely beaming watching this, genuinely buzzing to have him back. There was unfinished business with him and us and I've full faith he can crack on and take us up and beyond our last journey, especially now we have people who will back him every step of the way at the helm of our club. Hope he still likes a pint I'll be buying him plenty if I see him 🤘
Stockport fan here , great player was cook , I still remember great goals he scored for us , I can remember him after the game in the Royal Oak on edgeley , he came in with a guy called harry mcnally , he was on crutches , was Chester manager at the time , and they both had large gin and tonics 😂😂 feel a bit for that Webb , the enthusiasm he has had last few games and interviews I seen him do , have been second to nine , but great partnership, good luck rest of the season animo et fide . 👊
