I have the exactly same damage on my Tesla. I have called everywhere. They said you can’t replace the rear quarter panel. Do you have more video or how you find the replacement?

Except inside is all rotten. Whole inner quarter needed to be replaced. I am not sure what you did with cradle, I mean you had one on the floor why you didn’t swap it. Cutting and welding that peace to make it work it is not safe

Amazing video!! What tool do you use in 4:55. Also did you make sure the car ran and the battery, drive unit and frame were not impacted because otherwise there would be no point of buying it right? Just wondering
In 6:58 when you put the back fender on how did you make sure the body was straight.
Does it still supercharge? If not that would be a deal breaker

You're supposed to, but it really depends on what you're doing. If you're welding on it, YES. Replacing bumpers or just repaired dents, not imo. Tesla says yes, always.
Ive had enough problems with mine as the original owner had to buy a crashed one

You know if it wasn't for the high price, the poor build quality, unnecessary gadgets and customer service being so bad these wouldn't be bad cars.
lol clueless af. 1. you're apparently poor, SR 3's are cheap, 2. Build quality is no worse than any other American made car, I've had them all, 3. It's the most simplistic car out there. It has 1 screen lol. Everything it does, it does with software. They have the fewest moving parts inside and out of any car by far.
You couldn't have bodged this any more if you tried. Those inner panels should have been replaced.

Complete botched job by an amateur, such a shame for the car. The entire structure of the subframe is damaged and unstable. No one would want to experience another accident in this vehicle. a facade of quality
