It is so crazy that we don't get traditional tutorials like we used to. It just turned into "go buy this preset pack" instead of making a step by step guide on how we the people could make those exact presets ourselves.

The Pixel Sorter effect is somewhat achievable with the wave warp effect. Gives a slightly different look. But I like it.

great! this is very close to the old analog picture break-up from interrupted sattelite feed - where the system is garbliing in-between frames and it looks like the previous image stream is being mapped onto the next (different) image stream - and pixels drift in the direction of the new stream until a new good keyframe is found in the new stream
You can disable the underlying layer and render this with an alpha channel. This will create the DOOM effect.

Question, whenever I try to edit videos and add some cool effects in AE it slows down my computer to a crawl. Is a memory problem on my machine or do I need to convert the videos to something else.
Hey! This is a tricky question to answer because there could be a multitude of reasons. It could be from not having enough RAM, to the video file or effect you're using. I recommend searching online and finding the most common issues, and then going through each solution. Going through reddit threads is usually my go-to method. Good luck 💪

Sorry to say this but this is not a tutorial, it's simply an advertisement for a preset, a waste of time unfortunately.
