NS 45M With A GP38-2 Leader - Ridgeview PA

This is one of those times where you wonder how a train made it so far without the leader being yanked off! NS 45M is seen rounding the curve at Ridgeview Park, PA with an unheard of leader - a GP38-2! Four axle power is rare to begin with on the Pittsburgh Line, and it leading is basically unheard of. The unthinkable happened today, though! Watch as this rare engine leads this train through the rain! Filmed May 13, 2023.
