I'm literally re-listening while i allow new episodes to pile up. I've learned i get anxious awaiting new episodes since they're all so darn good.
If it's not broken, re-engineer it! Thanks, I wish I could have said that to my parents about 50yrs ago! We took apart just about everything and then tried to get it back together again so that it worked differently! So much fun being on restriction back then. Reading encyclopedias and dictionary words to talk our code in front of our parents and teachers. Nobody has a vocabulary anymore. Except for my treasured Herrons! Main reason I fell in love with this channel, it's extraordinary! Thanks again! ❤️
That sounds like my grandpa. He was always tearing things apart and making new contraptions out of them. Amazing guy. You'd leave in the morning and come back to find he made a tractor using an old motorcycle, a washing machine and parts off an old Junker car. I'm not quite as mechanically adept as he was, but I try, lol. I think I would have gotten along with your parents!

Thank you!! I wrote this so long ago now, my first episode. Good reminder though, I try to write another sequel to mechanistry each year on the channels anniversary and that is a little over a month away. Time to get working!

Have you seen the book by Dr Bernstein? He's specifically aiming at type 1s am so pleased you've managed what you have so far
Yes I have! Dr. Bernstein helped greatly to regain control of my diabetes. As soon as I was able to read I found several books on control, his being one of them. His approach worked phenomenally , though I had to tweak it because I kept going too low.
