VloĆŸit
- Äas pĆidĂĄn 20. 01. 2023
- a lot of my instagram followers asked for a toolbox tour so here it is! This is the current state of it. it will change over time, as I have ordered some toolbox widgets and what not to organize the new cart better. Please like, comment, subscripts etc and let me know what you think or want to see more of! đ€đ»đ§
This is my first major CZcams upload so any pointers/tips would be appreciated!

Youâre the first guy Iâve seen say stuff like you have so many ratchets because you collect them and donât act like you use them all all the time lol
lol i mean come on, who can actually use all those ratchets đ granted i have used them all at least once to see how they feel. but i got 2-3 ratchets that are my daily drivers
I can't believe how people uses ratchets having cordless ones. I really use the cordless ratchet most of time, i use the regular ones for higher leverages and such, but that's like 15% of the time.
Depends how tight the areas you frequently work in are I think
@@RGV2300 I just got the long neck snap on electric and itâs the best $400 Iâve ever spent lol
@@xjwarner6364 shouldâve got a Milwaukee the switch wonât be fucked in a month and itâs better
Cool collection of tools Iâve been a diesel mechanic for 43 years and so proud of my tools.the more you organise your tools shows the calibre of the mechanics every time I open my box I feel good but the job is still shit low pay and smelling terrible keep safe sirâ€
Appreciate the tour. Love seeing what folks are rocking. Watching from Ontario Canada đ
appreciate the support!
Like the lime green! Well organized and everything is kept nice and clean.
thank you! and yeah i like to clean/wipe down my stuff before i go home each day. not everyone agrees with me, but itâs how i was raised. put it back how you found it
Nice setup. This is the first setup I've seen that is really close to mine. Only difference is the super badass green snap on boxes. Love it. One day, I hope to get the green epic 84". But for now, cornwell will have to do. Love all the green tools. Obviously a man of great taste
Thatâs a hell of a setup bro! đŻđđ»
thank you đđ»
Excelent brother,You are well equipped in the workshop, I hope and continue to see more videos from your channel.
thanks man! iâm going to try to upload more as i go
Cool setup. Great choices.
Been waiting for someone to carry the textured green Knipex but those Reca's are nice. Thanks for sharing.
yeah the textured green would be nice. but i got these RECA ones a little over a year ago and theyâre pretty sweet
Sick collection. OCD like myself but really 10x more than what even a pro would need.
The organization is great. Got some ideas for my box đ
thanks! organization is key for efficiencyđđ»
I love the green with the black trim so much! Very nice collection. It makes the job more enjoyable Iâm sure.
thank you! and it definitely does haha. having options is great
Awesome set up man! Thanks for the tour!
thanks for the support!
Iâm a robotic technician and I use cobra pliers ALL the time. When I saw the green pair I bout broke my ankles running to buy the whole set lol. Nice set up bro
appreciate it man! and yeah same. i imported mine from Germany when i found out they were available lol
Nice tour! The new cart is awesome! đ„
thanks, bro đđ»
I donât even wanna ask how much you got invested in this, awesome tour! Awesome tools wish you the best brother!
haha i donât even wanna add it up đ luckily everything but the new cart is paid off. thank you for the support đ€đ»
@Sid The sloth at least itâs paid off đ€·đ»
I have no need for that expensive stuff. Ive done just fine for decades with tools stashed in cheap storage containers available everywhere.
At least 50$ if I was a betting man

I love all the green. Super sweet set up.
thank you!
Icon with Snapon grip đđđȘđŒ
This setup is so badass. The dream
thanks! i appreciate that đđ»
Impressive layout! đđ»
thanks man đđ»
Very nice. Love the green theme . Good stuff. Showing support
i appreciate that man!
Love the green bro! Tour is awesome! Keep content rolling !
thank you! i will definitely try to do more here on CZcams
Dang that was fast getting everything swapped over!! đ„đ„
yessir! haha. i went in to work yesterday even though i was scheduled off to finish swapping everything over and make this video đđ»
You'll love the toolbox widgets! I have an obsession with green tools as well and I think all 200 wrenches I have are in widgets.
i hope so! iâve been iffy on them for years but with this new cart i need to maximize space. they should be delivered this evening
Glad to see Iâm not the only one with a green tool fetish đđđ
Super Sweet Setup! đ„đ„đ„ Love the Instagram tool of the day
thank you! i try my best to do it M-F!đđ»
I like how you didnât go into crazy detail but were descriptive enough to make it entertaining. Ngl I hate watching 20+ min long videos. But anyways, awesome vid man.
appreciate the feedback! i definitely know what you mean about the 20+ minute videos
very nice toolbox! I love the unique ones such as the West Germany wrench.
thank you! and same here which is why i picked it up. not everyone is a collector or appreciates that kind of stuff but i do
Best box I've seen and the only one where I haven't said that's useless or where's this or that tool, I could 100% work out of you box and understand the placement. I appreciate you not taking 2 hours and explaining every socket or wrench driver ect 15 minutes is a perfect length đ
thanks, man! and yeah i like to keep my videos under 20 minutes if i can lol
Iâve always liked the extreme green!
Finally a big ass box that is actually full of tools. There are too many box tours with a kick ass box that is 1/4 full of tools.
i got most of my tools, then bought the box. then added the locker. then carts etc. tools make me money, the box is my show piece so to speak. đđ»
One of the first guys that Iâve seen who also uses a combination of dewalt/Mac battery tools aswell as the snap on 14.4 line I have a similar setup for power tools and love the combination.
there are 2 reasons i do those combos. 1) i started with snap-on power tools when i was an apprentice, and i already had the battery line. 2) i had dewalt at the house for home stuff so it made sense to go mac/dewalt at work. everyone who says âmilwaukee is better or more powerfulâ doesnât realize that you donât necessarily need all the beans. living in texas and working on toyotas you donât need 1000ft lbs. sure itâs nice, but my stuff works just fine lol
@@TxToolGuy I work on heavy ag equipment up in Canada at a John Deere Dealer and my 1/2â dewalt brushless is very comparable to my coworkers Milwaukee Iâd almost argue stronger. Sockets also make a big difference for torque transfer
dope video. nice to see capri getting some love next to all of the tool truck stuff
thanks! i love capri, use them quite a bit actually. been using the impacts as my go to for a while now
Very organized, i like the green !
thank you! i love being organized, especially on flat rateđđ»
Instagram follower here. Awesome setup. Looking forward to more videos đ
thank you sir! i will try to upload more youtube content
I have a ratchet obsession too lol, over 50 of them. Sweet set up you go there!!
thanks man! so you get it đ
Duuude. This setups awesome đ
thanks man đđ»
I hope your shop offers decent insurance coverage on your tools. A tornado leveled a shop I worked at in Oklahoma a long time ago, and mangled a lot of toolboxes and equipment. Shop covered damage for the most part, but I didn't have 5% of the amount of tools you have right here. Impressive setup!
luckily no tornados in my area of texas! but yeah the shop does offer insurance which is nice
@@TxToolGuy what part of Texas? Iâm from Dallas tx
If I could have a dream setup itâs this. The black and green is sick and I am trying to get everything in black and green but for now just starting out in the dealership (Chevy/Cadillac) been here about 6 months and I am digging it. Never worked in the automotive field because I didnât want to turn my hobby into work and then lose the interest of working on my own stuff. I should have done this sooner not when Iâm 30. But we all live and we learn.
i was in the same boat man. i turned my hobby into a career and was afraid of getting burnt out, and i eventually did. but what saved me was simply changing who i worked for. i went to a different dealer and found that things were better elsewhere. and now working on all makes and models helps keep the job interesting and different everyday
Haha love Icon ratchet with a snap on handle to piss people off lol
I envy this set up man glad business is booming
i appreciate it, man. đ€đ»đ§
Nice setup. Keep going.
The amount of tools that are bought and never used is wild. Also, the duplicate buying is also crazy haha. Awesome setup though
thanks, man!
90% of everything i own has been used at least a few times haha. but i totally agree, before i ran this page and my instagram channel, i didnât really have duplicates. a lot of my duplicates have made their way to the house as well. but running this kind of page ends up with duplicates and compare and contrasting stuff
I love the epiq mobile workstation. The top draw all sockets is heaven. When I had my krl1022 I had sockets top draw, wrenches second draw.
thank you! i have my big box the same way. i feel that sockets need to be in the top drawer because i like all my sockets to stand up rather than lay down
@@TxToolGuy yeah I was talking about your big box with the sockets. I didnât have that many to fill my top drawer. Good thing that drawer can hold a lot LoL
Love the color, sweet set up, wish mine was green now!!!!
thank you! and green is the best haha but iâm biased
Sweet tools by the wayđđżđđżđđż
Good lord man!!!! Talk about investing in your career. Hell yeah!!! That's a sick setup. đđđđđđđđđđđ
haha thank you! and yeah i learned early on if you invest in your career, it will pay off in the end. do i need all these tools? no, but i sure do enjoy them and enjoy the money they make me đđ»
đŻđŻđŻ heck ya bro!!! Been waiting for this!
thanks, man đđ»đđ» i was waiting for the new cart lol
Amazing... Its a dream. Congrats.
thank you!
Bad ass set up dawg!! I need an icon with snap on handleđ. Subscribed!
hahaha thanks man! and itâs pretty easy to swap, you do have to drill the snappy handle to make it fit the icon
Taking the change, I like it
I knew i wasn't the only one sporting the DeWalt and snap-on line of power tools!đȘđ thats 2 solid lines of power tools there man! Awesome setup! I lovw the color and box combinations!, Im starting to like the green more than the storm grey with pink trim box id orderedđŹ
green is the best đ but i agree. dewalt is super solid and delivers a lot of power, especially on the newer stuff theyâve been releasing. i love snap-on power tools, i know people have their issues but i havenât really had any
@TxToolGuy exactly my thoughts đŻđ ive never had an issue with any of my newer model Dewalt tools being 2020 or newer mostly now, and same with my snap-on 14.4v line, there both snappyđȘ
Your right about having so many pliers. I have a drawer full but I work industrial maintenance. Thatâs also the reason I have the much hated adjustable wrenches but I deal with alot of bigger stuff. Capri is a good brad but their ratchets suck. I tried them out and then took them home and threw them in a drawer never to use again. It is nice having a drawer full of ratchets even though we have our favorites. Funny thing is I only thought us maintenance workers owned so many toolboxes at work. Lol.
when you work on all makes and models you need all the tools and all the storage lol. but yeah adjustable wrenches for me arenât it. i prefer the right side. Capri just released a 90t ratchet and itâs much more smooth than their 72t. definitely an upgrade
Love the green!! Very nice setup with Snap ON that makes great stuff but massively expensive!!! This will be $300 a month for 3,000 months!!
if youâre smart about purchases, and buy during promo periods or the rock n roll cab like i did it honestly isnât that bad. everything is paid off except for the newest epic roll cart. and i only had a payment for a year and a half before that
Love my Capri stuff ,nice setup man !!Love the green
thanks man!
An actual tech . Nice set up!
thank you! and yessir, ase certified and toyota expert certified at the moment đ€đ» gotta work hard to flag the hours to buy my collection lol
Favorite color is lime green, love the organization. Would hate to see that tool truck tab thođ€Łđ€Ł
haha you wouldnât believe it if you did! i owe snap on $178.93 as of last friday. đ no other tool truck debt.
Nice choice on the neon green đą
my favorite color đ
Very nice! đ€
thank you đ€đ»
Nice quick look, appreciate not fondling every individual wrench !
Well done.
such a beautiful set upđđđ
thank you!
I dig it đ€đ€
I've just sold my Red 84'' Epiq with the Stainless Top, looking to get smaller box to push out, the Epiq in beginning of the video with all your sockets is the one I'm looking at purchasing sometime this year but in Red. Looks great. Love the Epiq massive space for tools.
yeah this epiq mobile workstation is a big cart but itâs awesome to work on top of. thatâs why i opted for it instead of a flip top
That Kawasaki green is tough đđ€đŸ. Great video , and great tools
thanks, man đ€đ» been my favorite color since my first kawasaki as a kid haha
love the color scheme looks good
thank you!
Great tour no longwinded explanations about tools that I reckon majority of us know anyways. So well done mate. If shipping them swivels to Sydney Australia wasn't so much o d have tken them for sure. One tool I don't jsve is a set of swivels lol. Keep the great content up. Dig the full colour matched set up...
thanks mate! i will try to keep uploading đđ»
Well, in conclusion your favorite color its greenđ like the tour bro!!
14:28 man, I have them too, my dad use to use them and they still like new, those craftsman wrenches are awesome
yep. đ been a green guy my whole life since my first kawasaki!
and yeah man, i got a lot of my USA craftsman from my dad and grandpa so i canât get rid of it
Holly shit brother ! Your setup is awesome !
thanks man. i appreciate it đđ»
Dude, the green is so đ„
thanks dude đđ»
Big like thank you for video
For those who say snap on boxes arenât with their money..I traded my 2006 72â masters with stainless top, hutch and locker last month for a 68â epiq and my dealer offered me $10,000. I bought it in 2006 for $11,500..to lose only $1500 in 17 years is pretty damn goodâŠsweet setup man!!
thanks, man! and yeah boxes hold some hood resale value and great trade in value!
ROFLMAO I ve spent less than $200 for tool storage over the last 15 years. I use plastic tubs with separate ones for metric and U.S. wrenches and sockets. The ratchets are in a Christmas popcorn can
I have MORE tools than this guy does, and well over 400 pounds of fasteners, metric U.S. and screws arranged by size in coffee cans and occasionally a bucket.
I dont understand anyones mentality of paying such ignorant money for a toolbox. I could restore an older car for less money.
Ive been repairing vehicles long before this kid was born......1972
@@donreinke5863 well, there are professionals and those DIYâers..if you desire plastic tubs, more power to you. But any mechanic whom I saw working out of a plastic tub, well I think Iâd just walk away. Some of us like to have nice toolboxes because we careâŠBTW, I was also born in 1972, age has nothing to do with oneâs ability.
@@tommyk1073 LOL you were BORN the year I started repairing vehicles.
And yes, I still do it for a living.
Care about WHAT?....Spending a ton of money for no real benefit? Im not..and never have been....a tool worshipper.
Ive made my own automatic transmission clutch piston return spring compressor instead of buying one for too much money.
Can YOU even rebuild transmissions?..because the vast majority of those who do general repair wont go near a transmission, automatic OR manual.
Ive ALWAYS done things MY way, and Ive repaired vehicles others could NOT.
I would WANT you to walk away, my services are reserved strictly for those with some common sense and those who are seeking someone who isnt part of giving mechanics a bad name.
@@donreinke5863 you talk too much. And yes I rebuild transmissions..more specifically the 4L60E and 4L80E.
Thatâs a deep tool box. Iâm getting one just have to wait for a repo or market place deal đđ
the epics are deeper! which is why i went with the epic cart
This guys set up is the shit đȘđŸđŻ
Appreciate it man!
Youâre funny dude ! Sick tattoos too !
haha thanks man! đ€đ»
Awesome setup great video đ
thank you đđ»
Looks really nice. Like all your toolboxes you got. One quick question so Whatâs the part number on the 5 drawer roll cart?? And the 3 drawer roll cart ??.
Same. Nice tour!
thank you! i didnât realize how long it was when i was making it haha
Yeah itâs easy to get caught up talking about tools haha. I am going to post one myself probably next week.
@@bowtietechnician5384 haha yeah i agree. it took me forever to make one but once i started i just kept going then realized it was 15min đ

thank you đđ»
Iâve been trying to find a green vyper chair, where the HECK did you get that!? Is it custom??
So many picks
I found a large hunting knife and a 3 ton low profile jack đ€·ââïž took it home đ€Ł also itâs like a mechanic shop for crashed cars so if itâs totaled we take stuff that people just leave in the car never take them so yes
Lube tech set upđ€Łđ€Ł
đđđ
I'm an apprentice and this makes my wallet terrified! Cool video man :D
thanks, dude! and good luck in the trade, establish yourself first before you go crazy with getting tools lol.
Its cool your place doesnt bitch about how much space your boxes and set up takes up. My last place bitched about wall space that I and only I was taking up when I wasnt even taking up as much as others. They were just assholes trying to push me out. Sweet setup, holy shit on all your drawers being full lol
thanks, man! that was when i was at the dealership. i flagged about 300+ hours a month and always in the top 3 out of 40ish techs for efficiency and hours flagged lol so they didnât say much about my setup đ
@@TxToolGuy yea when you flag that much they really cant lol hoping i can get my numbers up close to that. That last shop i think the best i managed was a bit over 100 hrs for a pay period. Everything else was averaged around 80
Wow, someone actually got their toolbox.
it took a while. ordered the epic cart in september. got it last week. i ordered a locker in october 2021 and got it in february 2022 so 5-6 months seems the average
He is in dept for life
everything except the new cart i got is paid off :)
Nice setup
thanks, man đđ»
Nice setup! Iâll take the plastic wrapped SAE set in the blue box and the (green) handled pry bars you donât want, I think there was 3 with the handle you hate.
thank you! i actually just shipped out those SAE swivels this morning, and the pry bars iâm keeping as of now for backups lol. i may not like them, but theyâre there just in case
Man I want one of those icon/snap on hybrid ratchets! Thatâs awesome. Itâs sure to piss someone offđđđ
that was the goal đ
@@TxToolGuy how did you make it? Like how did you swap the grips on them? I have never replaced a grip so I donât know
so the icon handle is slightly larger than the snap-on so you have to drill the grip out slightly. all you do is put the ratchet in a vise and use a lady foot to pry the old handle off. then use a rubber mallet and tap the new one on. sometimes they are stubborn, iâve heard of guys getting boiling water and dipping the handle in there but never personally done that method. usually just beat the crap out of it lol
@@TxToolGuy ok thanks man! Iâm going to try this someday!
Bro is in DEBT
This no joke probably over 100k in stuff
Very nice
thank you!
