Purchased the pattern and was a bit confused by it. I was so happy to find this video, thank you for making it!

Firstly, thank you so much for sharing how to begin this beautiful project. I was lucky enough to receive 5 kits from Lion Brand from my hubby during their 40% off Christmas sale and this throw is one of them.
Secondly, I just love how you compared creating to reading. It's so important to lose yourself in the complete enjoyment of the process and not get impatient. I scrap booked when my 4 kids were little and would literally spend hours on each page, focusing on the photos, words and meaningful embellishments.
I'd lose myself for hours the way I do when reading a great book, and oh boy, was it relaxing too!
My grandmother taught me how to knit and crochet when I was a child, but I never really got into it until I recently spent 8 weeks taking care of my mom while she recovered from Covid. Her house is a veritable craft store, so I made a simple afghan for my soon to be born granddaughter. I've been "hooked" ever since.
Thank you for your beautiful designs and informative videos. You're a delight to watch and listen to.
Please keep sharing your gifts and talent!
