There's quite a number of references in that kit and the option parts, from 30MM's modularity to how the basic kit's loadout resembles the Genoace's. Also does the color match the green on the base Jegan?
I have built four of these so far (2 last February and 2 this September) and I love posing it for fun.. I also posed one for the Arnis, one for the beam gun akimbo and the rest depends on their standard loadout.. I love Demi Trainers and I won't regret building it even for an entire army build..
Yeah, done the same silver foil trick before, or when the mold is to detailed behind the transparent part I use silver paint. Sadly no chrome paint yet which would look even better.

My favorite game to play is take a shot every time he says absolutely and try to survive till the end of the video. For real tho this review actually made me want to get this suit. I'm not a fan of grunt or enemy anything in this line but thanks again for breaking my wallet hehe
Will you be reviewing the Infinite Dimension 1/100 Genesis? I just bought one that i’m gonna build soon, but it would be cool to see your take on it, that is if you get one
I don't know if this is true but The point of the red cockpit was a warning to the students that, that's where the cockpit area, Makes sense, UC Jegans didn't got the memo
The hip/top of leg joint are useless, the foot to bottom of leg useless. For a new design Bandai model, what were they thinking. Build the Aerial and it has fantastic joints, so why were these not used throughout the new range. Also on the demi trainer, the inside of the top leg piece, a very tight fit for what reason, the pin that goes into the leg fails again and again. I have built 3 of the new series The Witch from Mercury and this figure smaller then most is the worse
You could say so, yeah And the dilanzas being the 'replacement' of the iconic zakus. But seeing other factions also have grunt suits, I'm not sure if my opinion is somehow okay or not
Eh, they're not even really meant to be "real" combatants. They're the mobile suit equivalent a T-38 or a BAe Hawk... sure, you can strap some ordnance on it, but they aren't great even in the most permissive of threat enviroments.
It's the most aesthetically similar to a GM in the Ad Stella timeline, but in terms of its role it's closer to the RB-79 Ball I think. As in, it's a relatively inexpensive machine primarily designed for labour in space that can also be refitted for combat. I'd would argue the show's intent was that the Federation-style design in this universe were going to be replicated by the Ochs Earth Corporation, only they were squashed with the Gundam before that could happen -- at least openly.
I was highly disappointed in this model. I was stoke to get it. But all the legs in the left side didn’t hold the arm,leg and foot easily fell off them
I think the stickers for the cockpit are really disappointing. They could’ve just used an actual plastic piece for the cockpit and then include alternate coloured ones. Even if that would make the kit more expensive you could include them with the expansion parts instead. Unacceptable
It's a 10 dollar kit to be fair and it's already quite a deal for what you are getting and plus, Bandai kits are always this cheap to make it more accessible, just look at their competitors in comparison. At least it is way better than the color separation on IBO kits.

I still love how the lower right Demi Triainer just literally tripped and that is so funny props for the comedic value
It's funny until you find out it's referencing someone being racist and sabotaging the trainer so that suletta won't be able to finish her testing

Demi-Trainer!
Gund Arm inc does not take responsibility for any dead student when piloting the Demi Trainer.

I love the artist's extra detail of the fallen demi trainer on the box art.
The demi trainer is the plain white rice of mobile suits. Simple an good on its own but can become better with a few additions

the chrome gundam marker would also work well to make they main sensor look better
It seems like the Demi-trainer was very good for kitbash builds.
I honestly plan on using some 30mm option sets and some spare parts on hand to customize this kit with once mine arrives
I just built this and A++! (Also discovered that the shield can mount to the outside of the knee, which looks super cool too!)
the overall silhouette of the Demi Trainer reminds me of the Mock/Hi-Mock from the Build Fighters series which is also meant for customizing.
My first ever Bandai Model kit, im very glad i got it! Its kinda become my little friend lol
The reflective sticker eyes, ah yes good ol HG Flag vibes. 🥰🥰
Time to bulk buy these including one Chuchu Demi Trainer (I will make custom boxing gloves for the ChuChu one) to make an army of Demi Trainers lol.
I adore this kit. I've got my second on the way, and I'm making this one into a full custom unit.

I love how the gun attaches

*cries in CAD*
Ok, I need 3 or 4 of this, and another 3 or 4 of the weapon set. I feel a mighty need to make an earth house army.
the way that looks reminds me something that should be in Gundam turn A series.
I think I'd use a metallic silver sharpie, or a silver metallic gundam marker to put behind the sensor.
I just realized how old is my gunpla bc it is using all stickers for the eye
Ooh i think this would be a fun kit for a custom. Maybe a police theme 🤔
Yoo i love your vids mecha I have an idea for like top five stuff like top five mobile suits mg from cca or seed or og omg a heart from my favorite creator
Shoot, I’m gonna need Chuchu’s and like…3 regulars and expansion sets.

You should make a video of the top grunt kits
I'm guessing that this is a model kit for beginners. Awesome.

I prefer the proportion of chuchu's because it's taller
