Do these new changes to bots and the help center apply to any Zendesk plan or are some of these behind a paywall/specific plans? We use standard bots in Zendesk but would we need the advanced bots?
I am not 100% sure but from what I was able to gather, Advanced bots will include these new changes. So you'd need to buy the Advanced AI add-on and get all these new features.

we are using enterprise edition but iam not getting the add on like advanced ai and generative ai in market place.How can i get these Add ons?

I am not sure you can still apply to the Early Access. It might come out soon as a paid add-on.
