    I’m torn between Zendesk and Crisp. We’ve seen that Zendesk's AI chatbot can only be fed with the Help Center and cannot be fed with web pages, snippets, documents, etc. All the reviews we see say that Zendesk's AI chatbot is not quite there yet. What do you think? Thanks Dominic!

      Hmm, what channels do you want to use? Chat? Email? Forms? Api?

      Of course you can. Do you need help with it? I can log a ticket if you leave me your zendesk account URL "e.g mine is con-dominiccx.zendesk.com" and someone from Zendesk will reach out to you.

      @@dominiccx we were accepted to the EAP for generative replies and bot persona but I think we need some hand holding to set it up correctly and optimize.
