Why is there the content of 400 trucks worth of aid just waiting to be picked up and distributed from the Gazan side of the Keren Shalom crossing post-Israeli inspection?
ONLY 40 trucks of aid made it into Syria last month, where up to 5 million are near famine.
It is outrageous to discover that there are 400 trucks worth of food for Gaza that the UN and UNRWA have not yet moved.

YES! Israel is to blame, and my country the U.S. is also to blame. I am furious with my friends, family, neighbors who are indifferent and not understanding that this IS a genocide. I know they are being manipulated but enough is enough!

I live in Indonesia. I can honestly say that Israel are lucky that they don't have aircraft carriers yet because if so, I believe that half a million soldiers would now be at the doorstep. They've sent aid, money, a hospital ship, but to no avail. There's also a growing resentment against western countries, which could force closer alliances with China. Not only has Israel alienated itself, western countries have also. The future is uncertain.
It's looking bad for Israel now that they can't play the victim card anymore.

Permits are like the pass books we had in Apartheid South Africa. You had evening curfew, could only live and work where the pass allowed you. We had struggles fighting the pass system that led to the Sharpville Massacre in 1960.
To give people the illusion of freedom but in fact, it’s a concentration camp.

The point about hospital being attacked in Gaza is now being normalized is true. It is insane and apalling
the fact that hospitals were turned into terrorist bases, all have tunnels under it, that hostages were actually held under Shiffa hospital doesn't bother you? If you transform the hospital into a military base, it is no longer untouchable
The problem is, that the moment you bring weapons to the hospital, it becomes a regular target.

But I meant my remark generally. The untouchability of the hospitals remains only as long, as one doesn't misuse it. Erwin Rommel, for example, was very angry at the western allies, that they were bombing German hospital ships. Then he learned that those hospital ships carried weapons and fuel and he was angry at his own side.
So if you are being objective, then you have to say that if Izrael's allegations are true, then Hamas is to blame.

This is a very interesting testimony the like of which there are too few. As Khalil says, not every family has a son who speaks English and can tell people in the west the whole story. His analysis is insightful and measured.

There are Christian mayors of various Palestinian communities, Bethlehem included. The well-known artist Sliman Mansour is a Christian, as is the mayor of his birthplace. I recommend the film Mayor about the Christian mayor of Ramallah from 2012-2022. Also the essential book The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine, by Ilan Pappé, on the long-planned 1948 Nakba and its atrocities. It is a massive lie to present October 7th as the start of all this and Isarel simply acting in rightful self-defence when it is brutally occupying Palestine. Israel helped create and for years supported Hamas to undermine the leftist secular PLO and divide Palestinians. It allowed the October attacks it knew of in advance as a pretext for swifter genocide after decades of massacres and ethnic cleansing hidden by Western media. Israel and the West lied about Hamas actions in October and hid the fact that Israel killed many of its own citizens that day
