  • "Raynaud's (ray-NOSE) disease causes some areas of your body - such as your fingers and toes - to feel numb and cold in response to cold temperatures or stress. In Raynaud's disease, smaller arteries that supply blood to your skin become narrow, limiting blood flow to affected areas (vasospasm)." -Mayoclinic.

I get those symptoms but not diagnosed with it. My question is does it normally take hours to return to normal? Bindi is so gorgeous.

I’m so sorry you have these symptoms. Usually it only lasts a few minutes but can last up to two to three hours. And thank you! I think Bindi is quite beautiful myself. 😊

@@MandasMusings I asked a neurologist once and he just looked at me and said he didn't know. I also felt let down by him since he was not really very helpful. Luckily I have seen different neurologists and neurosurgeons since, but I still don't know if I have Raynaud's or not. I do get it in all types of weather so maybe it isn't Raynaud's afterall?
Anyway how have you been Amanda? I get injections tomorrow, they don't normally work but I am giving them another chance. My lumbar spine has been swelling up so much lately and causing me to lose function in both legs and my pelvic region (always fun that one) the thoracic vertebra that is herniated is pressing into my spinal cord as well and when that becomes inflamed my world stops. I just keep pushing through the pain though, that's all we can do, I try not to let it get to me too much.

Oh my goodness! I am so sorry, that’s awful. My heart really does go out to you. And you’re right, sometimes the only thing we can do is keep our chin up and keep chuggin’ along.
